We had our wedding on the 15th February 2025. It was our first wedding faire we went too almost 2 years prior to our wedding, we fell in love with the venue straight away. The grounds as driving onto the venue, were immaculate and well kept. Everything has been very smooth with the booking of everything. Charlotte became our new wedding coordinator last year and has been amazing, she has been brilliantly organised, ensured we were kept up to date with everything, made sure the day was perfect with every last detail. Nothing was too much for Charlotte, even on her evenings off she would always reply to emails. Anything extra we asked for were accommodated. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better; there wasn’t a single detail missing, it was so stress free for us both we didn’t have to worry and everything was organised for us. We had our own manager with us all day and he (Mohammed) ensured that we was happy with everything during the day and night and nothing was too much to ask! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, it was well and truly to day of our dreams and I wish we could do it all over again. Huge thank you to the whole team!

I'd heard so many good things about the Norton Grange Hotel and Spa, so when we got engaged it seemed a no-brainer that we come to have a look at the venue and discuss the wedding packages. As soon as we saw the venue and room dressed beautifully, we knew it was the place where we wanted to get married. On the lead up to the wedding, our wedding coordinator changed which caused us some anxiety - we were only 2 months away from getting married! - but Charlotte was brilliant and settled any nerves we had instantly. Charlotte got to know what we'd planned already really quickly and was able to support us with last minute changes/additions. We really appreciate everything that she did for us and because of her and the team, our day went without a hitch and was drama free!! The team on the day were fantastic and talked us through everything we needed to know/answered all of the questions that we were asking due to last minute nerves. All of the team were helpful throughout the day and our guests have commented on how welcoming and friendly the staff were at Norton Grange - a particular shout out to Mark who made sure that everything ran smoothly. The venue decoration was another thing that guests commented on, particularly for the evening - the venue was dressed so well and made it feel extra special. The dance floor (with LED lights) was amazing and very well used! The food on the day was spectacular - we'd been able to go to a food tasting a few months before the wedding to choose our menu and we're so pleased to see the guests faces when they saw what they were having for the wedding breakfast! Every single guests (veggie and meat-eater) complimented every part of the meal with some of our family saying it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had! The food was that good that people were still stuffed when it came to the buffet (although that was delicious too and had a good range of foods for everyone!). Overall, if you're newly engaged or looking for a wedding venue which is relaxed, stress-free and beautiful, you MUST consider the Norton Grange. What I've written for the review honestly doesn't do it justice, our day was amazing from start to finish and we are so grateful and appreciative for everyone's hard work and dedication. Brilliant wedding venue- we loved our wedding reception here!! We had such a brilliant wedding reception and evening celebration at the Norton Grange this October! Everything ran beautifully- the food was incredible (our guests are still raving about the curried parsnip soup and leek sauce!!), Damon, the DJ, was excellent and our dance floor was full of energy, the venue looked beautiful and all the staff were amazing!! I have absolutely no words at all to explaining how fantastic the team are at Mercure Norton Grange Hotel and Spa.
