Me and my husband had our wedding here on Saturday (6th Sept) and what a beautiful day we had. The staff were incredible and ensured everything run so smoothly. They were extremely amazing with our 3 year old daughter and out nephew who has severe autism. They catered amazingly for them. Charlotte what an incredible wedding co-ordinator you will have. She was on hand whenever i needed her and her professionalism is second to none. If your considering having your wedding here DO IT you will not be disappointed. I am.so sad it is now over but I cannot wait to come back here for a spa day. Stunning hotel and staff. Honestly cannot do enough for you so Norton Grange all I have to say is thank you so so much for a beautiful day. We got married at this Hotel on 1st August 2025, what a venue. Charlotte the Wedding coordinator was amazing from the moment we booked our wedding to our actual wedding day. We had the best day, everything went to plan and was well organised. They accommodated the day we wanted. Charlotte was so helpful and supportive and couldn't have wished for a better wedding co-Ordinator. Thank you Charlotte. Myself and my husband hosted our wedding at the Norton Grange and from day one meeting Charlotte I couldn’t have asked for more. We decided to book our wedding quite last minute due to a family member being unwell, This was not a problem, Charlotte was always on hand to answer any silly questions we had , running through food choices , venue dressing and how to contact Rochdale registry office, this was os helpful as we were clueless and it was a really difficult time for our family. The day before the wedding myself and my bridesmaids nine of them all ate in the restaurant, Charlotte reserved a table for us we had a lovely meal, as we were eating a lovely lady called Enida asked would I like to come and listen the the music for the ceremony. We all went into the Grange suite and the music started, we all realised because there was so many bridesmaids we were unsure of when to start who goes first , wheee do we stand , the wonderful staff Rama and Enida decided to help us do a practice run. Enida pretended to give me away and Rama timed the music and organised the bridesmaids which was a task in its self . Everyone got their tears out and had a laugh. I am so grateful for them taking the time to do this. When everyone went home myself and my daughters went into the spa and relaxed it was just what we needed. The morning of the wedding Charlotte had organised breakfast to come up to our room we had a make up artist and a hairdresser helping us to get ready, and the breakfast coming up to the room was such a help . When I arrived downstairs to the Grange suite we all knew what we were doing because of the night before , Rama had put a chair for my dad to wait for me which was so thoughtful and kind. When I walked into the room I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked the windows really made the room look beautiful and as the colour theme was olive green it really was stunning. I was worried initially as everything happened in one room, and we would be in and out of the same room but the day ran so smoothly , and each time I came back into the room I was stunned to see how lovely it looked. The food was honestly outstanding . I have never been to a wedding where the food was commented on so much . We had the beef dinner, and pie and chips in the evening . It’s that nice we’ve been back for food at the hotel. We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites and it was beautiful, we had a lot of guests staying over . When we got up in the morning we also had a private space for breakfast which was so nice to all eat in the morning together husband and wife with family and friends. Myself and my husband have been coming to the gym and spa since the wedding as this is a perk which again is another personal touch which is lovely . Bridal suite was fantastic plenty of room and spacious to accommodate everyone who needed to be there the morning of the wedding. The wedding planner I cannot recommend enough she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The grounds are well kept and cannot wait to see our photographs. out of our control and that one blip did not spoil our day at all and did try to offer a different option on the day. Keep up the good work at hosting beautiful weddings and I would recommend this hotel to anybody.The venue was fantastic for our wedding, clean, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We had our wedding here last week. Was an amazing couple of days and Charlotte the wedding planner and the team did amazing making sure out day went without any hiccups. We stayed in the connected rooms the night before with the bridal party then moved to the bridal suite in the morning before the wedding to get ready. Was a spacious room so plenty of room for hair and makeup and getting ready. The staff also made the bridal suite lovely for myself and my groom returning to the room later after the reception. Works definitely recommend. Thanks Charlotte and the teamWe had our wedding here last week. Our wedding dayOur wedding day
On 25/05/2025 myself and my now husband got married here at The Norton Grange and what an experience it has been, from our first time being at one of the opening days and meeting Charlotte who became not only our wedding planner but miracle worker who made all our wishes come true, nothing was to much hassle and she is such a lovely woman, your lucky to have her so please cherish her. My bridesmaids and myself stayed the night before our wedding and I would just like to say thank you to all staff that helped us, served us and made our stay one to remember, the rooms was immaculate and clean, beds was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to hand. When ringing reception or trying to find Charlotte for things staff was straight on it and we couldn't of asked for better. Staff was polite, happy and helpful to say the least. Now.. onto our big day, it was PERFECT! The venue looked beautiful and was dressed perfectly for the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the evening. We would especially like to thank our wedding planner who from the moment we met a couple of years ago to the day put us at ease and helped us plan every step, her input and professionalism was invaluable and on the day she controlled proceedings to a T, we would also like to thank Nedah who came to the rescue on a couple of occasions (especially when I messed up the table plan). What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A lot of our guests have memory tables for the guests that that cannot make the wedding. I think this is a lovely, heart warming touch

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

We have recently constructed a large decking area overlooking the grounds and neighbouring countryside. From here you can catch the stunning landscapes and sunsets

We have a fair few celebrities that stay with us on regular occasions. We like to respect their privacy.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Definitely the salmon and cream cheese roulade!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Pepperoni Pizza! Or the bacon butties are a great choice and always go down a storm!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Grange Suite has the old original stonework from when the Hotel was built, with large windows which run the entire length of the room and overlook the stunning views of the lawns.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We love everything about the hotel but currently, we are really excited about our decking platform. It will really wow your guests and is perfect for those stunning photo opportunities.
