What an absolutely amazing day we had at the Marsham Court hotel. No Hesitation in recommending the Marsham CourtNo Hesitation in recommending the Marsham Court
I held my Wedding reception at the hotel on 23rd June 2021. The service we received was absolutely excellent as was the food and drinks they prepared. Ashlie was so helpful including all the staff and made sure the whole day went extremely well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue for a Wedding reception. Thank you to the amazing Ashlie and all the team at Marsham Court. We had our Wedding there on 29th May and it was everything i could have hoped for and more. We had the perfect day. It was a beautiful venue and a gorgeous sunny autumn day. The staff were all amazing and the food was so yummy. It was a perfect day! It was a perfect day!
We decided to have our wedding at this venue which went without a hitch on the 19th Oct. Kat and all the staff at Marsham court were very friendly and helpful from lead up to the day before, allowing us to set up early all the way through the wedding day itself. It was a perfect day and we were so lucky with the weather. We would definitely recommend this venue for any special occasion. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful day!We decided to have our wedding at this venue which went without a hitch on the 19th Oct. Our wedding was held at the Marsham Court Hotel on the 12th October 2019, Our ceremony was held in the under the stairs room and reception in the Ballroom and Den, the hotel set both of the rooms up perfectly and everything was just beautiful. The sit down meal was absolutely wonderful and all dietary requirement were catered for, nothing was to much trouble, and the wine was perfect, as was every little detail of our day. The evening reception was also just perfect, the staff could not do enough for us and everything was just as we wanted it to be. We would recommend this hotel to anybody very highly for any event, but especially weddings. Every member of staff from start to finish were friendly attentive and polite, and carried out our every request with a smile. Such a professional team, and The wedding co-ordinator Kat Tegg was just wonderful, as was the chief and all the kitchen staff, waiting staff ,bar staff, cleaning staff, receptionists and Managers . Apart from its wonderful location overlooking the Sea, on Bournemouth's East Cliff, the Marsham Court Hotel has much to recommend it for Weddings, and other Functions. Large enough to host small intimate gatherings of up to 30 people or large groups of hundreds, it offers a variety of bedroom styles and prices. We have just held our Wedding there, for the accommodation and the main meal (the actual ceremony was in the wonderful Russell-Cotes Art gallery, directly opposite the Hotel) and the teams dealing with both the reservations and the function itself were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. They went out of their way to assist with our requirements, and the Wedding package we choose was very good value. The food was excellent, the general staff always friendly and willing to help, and the atmosphere very relaxed. We deliberately booked all our Guests into the bedrooms with both sea-views and balconies, and were blessed with 3 days of glorious sunshine. We had room 329, a spacious, well-decorated room with a large bath/shower, and a self-contained balcony with table and chairs. From beginning to end Kat looked after us. All of the staff at Marsham Court were exceptionally kind to us and all our guests. They treated us as if we were the only wedding of the year with exceptional care and attention to detail. Rooms were rearranged as if by magic. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue was perfect for us as well. The Ballroom is one of the best in Bournemouth. We enjoyed a mix of Ballroom and Disco dancing. We went for the Cream Tea option. The hotel were able to accommodate Gluten free, Dairy Free, Soya free, Nut Free and Vegetarian options. Nothing too much trouble. Highly Recommend this Hotel! Highly Recommend this Hotel!
What an amazing day that went all too quickly. The weather was kind to us and we were married in the garden area. What a beautiful setting. The staff were all amazing and in particular Kat. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently from the day we booked our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and all our expectations were met or exceeded. The food was exceptional and they catered for the vegetarians, vegans and gluten free guests without any problem. The chef should be congratulated on producing such a lovely meal. The pudding was so tasty that the father of my gorgeous bride had two. In the evening I was introduced to the evening manager Laurence who again did an amazing job of looking after us. The bridal suite was lovely with views over the sea to the Purbecks. Breakfast was excellent. Altogether it was an amazing day and we would highly recommend this hotel as a wedding venue. All our guests were as equally impressed.
