Guests benefit from exclusive use of our beautiful Grade 2 listed Georgian Manor House with access to the formal lawn and surrounding gardens for photographs and an extra option for reception drinks. The sunlit south facing function hall has windows along both sides and a sprung ash floor, perfect for dancing! Our package of exclusive three-day venue hire Includes the use of four rooms for guests to enjoy; 1. The entrance / reception hall for with double Georgian fanlight doors opening out to a pristine formal lawn and housing the grand staircase. There is a warming open log fire for cosy winter weddings. 2. An additional quiet upstairs room for the bride and groom (with access onto the balcony for the photographer and whole group images). 3. The hire of Arcot Hall, which can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests and a top table of 8 – 10 for the wedding breakfast. It is possible to include an additional 50 evening guests. Larger parties are possible in marques on the lawn. Hire icludes the set-up and use of round tables , a cake table and function chairs. 4. Use of our fully equipped commercial kitchen (professional approved caterers only). We can take year round bookings including term time subject to availability. Guests are invited to bring there own alcohol. We charge no corkage but your caterer will be happy to serve it or sell it (with an easily obtained temporary event licence).
