Nestled on the coast road, twenty-three miles from Belfast City centre, overlooking the Irish Sea, Magheramorne Estate awaits you with 42 acres of beautiful woodland, paddocks and magical gardens. Throughout 2020/ early 2021, Magheramorne Estate experienced an elegant interior refurbishment to enhance the authentic characteristics of this dramatic 19th Century Estate.
Total privacy is guaranteed at Magheramorne Estate, giving you and your guests full access to our newly refurbished Entrance Hall, Conservatory, The Ballroom, The Reading Room, The Library, The Drawing Room and 19 cosy bedrooms within the house.
The private venue offers up to 34 ensuite double bedrooms, with our rooms reflecting the unplugged atmosphere of the Victorian House. To avail of our on-site accommodation the night of your wedding, please be advised we have an 10-bedroom minimum booking policy.
Our capacity can seat up to 200 guests in the Ballroom with additional outdoor plateau suitable for a
marquee.

An additional 16 ensuite double bedrooms in The Courtyard at the estates Stable Block if you require extra accommodation. The Courtyard is located a few minutes’ walk away from the main house and consists of 13 deluxe double rooms and 3 family rooms.
The freedom for you and all your guests to roam all 42 acres of the estate and explore our 150 species of trees which includes 2 champion trees, streams, ponds, waterfalls and woodland trails.
The formal gardens principally lie to the east of the house and include a terrace, water features, statues, mature lawns and paths bordered by hedges, all set with a dramatic back drop of the lough.

Beautiful building, surroundings, spectacular gardens, staff so efficient, helpful & respectful. Afternoon reception enjoyed by everyone while taking in the beautiful surroundings with plenty of food & drinks available. Food was another level-full of flavour, moist, hot and well presented. Wine was continuously poured discreetly. Accommodation was very homely & comfortable, great spread for breakfast and didn't want to leave.No words can describe the experience we've had at Magheramorne Estate. All of our guests have commented on how welcomed they felt on the day and how it flowed so well. Our aim for the day was to make our guests feel at home and relaxed, this was achieved tenfold, with the friendliness, warm yet professional manner of the staff.
