It was the most perfect wedding day ever!!It was the most perfect wedding day ever!!
We just got married here on the 1st of May 2025 and it was the most perfect wedding day ever!! The staff went above and beyond for us not only on the day itself, but the evening before too! We had forgotten a few key elements for the day but it was no issue for Ronnie and the staff who were quick to find solutions which matched our decor perfectly and the guests had no idea it wasn't what we planned 😀 Aaron who ran the day with staff was so attentive to our needs, but also provided excellent service on the days after the wedding too. Nothing was too big an ask and no question was silly! Fiona and the events team were amazing and kept us updated throughout the wedding process, it was a very relaxed and thorough process so I wasn't stressed at all! Every little detail was considered and thought through on the day and the hotel worked well with our suppliers to make sure everything looked perfect! The food was genuinely amazing but that wasn't just for the wedding, the normal guest menu was amazing and to the highest standard too! Everyone told me I wouldn't get much of my meal on my wedding day, but by God did I eat it all and was a very full and happy wife! We honestly could not fault the hotel and the service we received and the venue was absolutely stunning for our day! We would highly recommend booking your wedding as your in very safe hands! From the first time we visited the Inchyra at the Razzmatazz wedding fair in January, we knew we wanted this venue for our reception. It has been a stressful year with the wedding planning but Kathryn had a great vision from the start and made us very comfortable throughout the months that followed. Communication and organisation until the big day were great and gave us peace of mind. From our very first contact to the moment we checked out after the wedding was over, the team at Inchyra have been absolutely amazing and could not do enough to help us. They really made our wedding the best of days and every one of our guests commented on how lovely all the staff at the hotel were across the whole weekend. So where do we begin........... Kathryn - was amazing throughout the whole process and put us totally at ease knowing she was in control of every detail from start to finish. Nothing was a bother. On the day itself she was a beacon of calmness and support and for that we will be forever thankful (especially Christina for getting me down the stairs in that huge dress ha ha!!!) Jack and Aaron - who kept everything running like clockwork on the day and ensured everything was just as we wanted it on the big day. They were brilliant and they and their teams did an fabulous job. Everything looked amazing and just what we wanted. Our guests all commented on how professional the service was for the meal (which was absolutely delicious as well - compliments to the kitchen teams!!!) Paige and the reception team - all our gests were greeted by the lovely Paige and her colleagues and nothing was a trouble to them. They made everyone feel so welcome from check in to check out. Every member of staff we encountered across the weekend was lovely and a credit to the hotel. We really cannot thank them all enough for making our big day so very special and so very easy and relaxed. It was joyous!! Every member of staff has treated us and our guests with courtesy and shared in our joy. However, we would like to offer special thanks to a few key individuals. The lovely Paige. What a front of house! You can’t help but feel happy when you see her face. Nothing is too much of a bother for her - even arranging flowers to be delivered on the morning of the wedding as an anniversary present. The reliable Aaron. He was on the ball all day and night. He consistently made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and checked that we were having a good time. He is clearly a seasoned hospitality pro and experienced beyond his years. What an absolute pleasure he was to deal with. And Kathryn, where do start. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make the day what it was. We both felt that she was so invested and genuinely wanted us to have the day we had envisioned. We will truly never forget her and she will always be such a special person to us. Where to begin! Me and my husband celebrated our wedding here last week! And what a weekend it was! It was everything we could have asked for plus more! Paige who we have spoken to a few times before the wedding on visit was amazing as always! Kathryn and her team were outstanding! Jacob one of the barmen for the weekend he was fantastic!
