The grand turreted exterior provides a fairytale backdrop for your special day. Step into the hotel and feel the Old English charm from the open log fires and the stunning ornate oak staircase. If an idyllic outdoor ceremony is your dream, then our grounds offer the perfect location. The nearby secluded woodland area also provides a magical backdrop for your wedding photos. If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate wedding then our Library Suite is perfect. This room features an original fireplace and is full of character and charm, the perfect choice for an intimate celebration with your closest friends and family. For larger celebrations, our Windsor & Eton Suite is ideal and can hold up to 220 people. This suite features a bar and lounge area which is all exclusive, and the main function room has ample space for seated guests, a dancefloor and entertainment. The hotel offers additional facilities including a fully equipped fitness centre and a spa featuring an outdoor hydro pool & thermal suites and a large variety of relaxing spa treatments.

They made the whole day run smoothly and made it so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. The rooms we stayed in were the perfect size, very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were SO helpful. Anytime we needed anything or had questions to ask, they were always willing to assist. I always felt looked after when I was there. The food was delicious! Had many compliments from our guests saying the same. Really appreciated how the kitchen was able to accommodate to our more pickier guests. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice of getting married at the Berystede. The whole journey from starting to plan until the actual day was made so easy and my questions were always answered and requests were fulfilled. The day itself was perfect, and having the hotel as the setting made our photos look beautiful.I cannot thank Cleo and the team enough for helping on my wedding day! From a bride who has ocd they were amazing. Fantastic team.Ivan the banqueting Manager really looked after me. My family loved him as his as mad as a box of frogs. WE WISH WE COULD DO IT ALL AGAIN. The team were very accommodating, with changes right up to the day before the wedding. On the day, the team were hospitable and made our guests feel very welcome and well-looked after. We had great feedback from the guests who attended the reception and stayed overnight. The venue is a great space and can be tailored to suit all events. We were able to capture some great photos in the grounds of the hotel. The food was excellent, with good-sized portions and the evening bacon rolls were a big hit! The staff were very accommodating with all dietary requirements. We had a wonderful day and would recommend the Berystede very highly. Amazing staff - Great Wedding Venue in Ascot.We were asked to provide our DJ service, lighting & fairy lights for a Wedding in October 2019. The staff at the venue were amazing & helped ensure we did not experience any difficulties setting up the fairy light canopy and other services. It was a wedding with lots of music, fun and laughter. Their drinks reception was out on the beautiful lawns with an acoustic guitarist and there was just such a great vibe.
