The Waltham Barn is a restored mid 19th century working farm, and perfect for smaller, relaxed intimate weddings. The wedding team are dedicated & passionate to ensure your day is perfect, ensuring attention to detail at every stage. With only one wedding a day, the focus is all on you. With some lovely photo opportunities, stylish décor and private use of the large flagstone courtyard and wedding garden, it's a venue to take into consideration, especially as the cost is so very reasonable and offering great value. Unlike other venues you will not lose your guests to an over-sized room.
Our new all-inclusive packages make planning your wedding a piece of cake! With catering, DJ, chair décor and accommodation the night before taken care of, all you need to think about is the guest list.

Our new all-inclusive packages start from just £4999 and they make planning a wedding an absolute breeze. These packages include the bridal prep cottage for the night before the wedding, chair décor, DJ, arrival drinks, 3 course wedding breakfast, half a bottle of wine for during the meal, a glass of Fizz for the toast and a 5 item finger buffet for the evening. We also offer a free menu tasting for the wedding couple to enjoy a peaceful night out during the planning process.

The staff were brilliant, ensuring everything from decor to dancing ran smoothly. The food was amazing, we and our guests loved it. Not only did they support us as bride and groom they also looked after our parents and bridesmaids ensuring everyone had what they needed and were in the right place. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. Many guests commented it was the best wedding they'd been to in years/ever so we thank the events team at little channels for making our day great and special thanks to Georgina for being an absolute star on our special day. The beautiful intimate venue with its rustic beams and fairy lights sold itself. But on top of that the wedding team were so friendly and accomodating that you just know even from the initial viewing that they will excecute the day perfectly... And they did! Dannielle and Lindsey were professional and friendly. I am a perfectionist who fusses over detail. But I didn't have to worry at all on the big day as they had utilised all our crazy decorations and activities perfectly. The guests even commented on the polite staff and how nothing was an inconvenience for them. Oh, and the food! There is so much of it and it is delicious! There was not a single hungry belly left, no-one had any room for buffet and cake. I suggest bringing cake small cake boxes for guests to take away as they will not have room to eat it on the night. Thank you Danielle and Lindsey! Thank you for hosting our perfect day and for not blinking an eye at our crazy ideas and decorations! Just dealing with our requests like the pros you are! We had the most perfect day on Sunday 21st May for our wedding reception & it was everything and more than we ever wished for. From the very start with all of the emails & phone calls you have all been incredibly helpful & really put me at ease with everything. I knew we were in the best hands being looked after by you all. From the moment we walked in on Sunday the venue was decorated absolutely perfectly. I had so many decorations for you to set up & you all just did it at no bother at all. Nothing was ever a problem for you & your team. You worked super super hard on Sunday hosting everyone, making sure the day was on time & making sure we were happy with everything. The food was brilliant!! We've had so many comments from our guests saying it was the first wedding they've ever been too where they really enjoyed their food. Our day was absolutely perfect & from the moment we looked round the venue I knew it was the place I wanted my reception to be in and we are so happy & chuffed with the whole day. Thank you to all of your staff individually for making our day truly perfect & for working so hard. I wouldn't have changed anything. The evening buffet was delicious too. Jason was also brilliant and so hard-working, making sure everything went smoothly. The staff all had smiles on their faces and made a great atmosphere. We had so many lovely comments on the beautiful venue and food. Staff have been wonderful and just helped the day run smoothly. It's a beautiful venue and all our guests loved the food and venue. Nothing was ever to much hassle. Big thank you especially to Dani who has answered our questions and so patient with all our changes. Also to Jason who did front of house for our wedding. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Once we had a Groom that recorded a tongue-in-cheek One Direction style music video for his speech with all of his Groomsmen. It was hilarious and had the whole room in stitches!

Beautiful, intimate, charming, relaxed and romantic.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our wedding arches. They are perfect for couple shots and have bright lights that make them ideal for both day and evening photos.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
No but we once had Danny Dyer turn up to a children's party dressed as a pirate!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Mini yorkshire pudding with roast beef and horseradish.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Chocolate!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
It's intimacy. The layout of the barn really helps to keep everyone close together no matter what stage of the day; you never lose guests to a big empty room. Plus the bar is always close by!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our feedback and reputation for having created so many happy memories. There is nothing better than hearing a happy couple tell you how amazing their day was, it makes all the long hours so worth it.
