Leonardo Edinburgh Murrayfield can host your wedding ceremony, reception or both with the Adam Suite and Westview Restaurant which are fully licensed for civil ceremonies.
The Adam suite is perfect for extensive weddings, the generous room can accommodate up to 220 guests and with modern decor and natural daylight, the room will suit almost any chosen scheme of colours.

What's Included?

Non consumables (e.g. linen, lights etc.)
Choice of preferred caterers
For an external catering event the hotel provides the venue hire only. The event is then run and managed by your external caterers/ organisers on the day itself.
1. Adam Suite Suite hire for up to 230 people
2. Round Banqueting Tables, with White Table linen
3. Chairs – UNDRESSED (covers would need to be ordered with your decorator separately)
4. Cutlery, plates, bowls and a glass per person
This will also include use of half of the kitchen to heat up food (the food must be pre-cooked and the kitchen is for heating purposes only)
You will be required to have your own insurance to covers things such as trips & slips etc.
The catering company must bring their own cooking Utensils/pans/equipment for heating in or kitchen and must supply all documentation prior to the event.
Staffing the event ; The catering company would need to supply the staff/waiters for this event. This includes clearing of the main room after the event has taken place.

I cannot fault Leonardo Murrayfield. I would not have changed a thing. Right from the first meeting with Tracey when booking the venue to the last drink from the wonderful staff on the day itself. They are prompt with any replies, professional, flexible with all the dietary requirements and what we wanted for menu. All the decorations and extra touches were 2nd to none. Bryony, Charlie and Luke on the day were fantastic. Kept everything running smoothly. I would 100% recommend this hotel for great value for money as well has having friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful meal which every guest enjoyed and commented that it was hot when served and everyone at the table served at the same time. I decided on booking the Leonardo Hotel as we had previously been there for a wedding the year before and it was close to where we live. I honestly didn’t need to do much at all as Tracey and her team made everything so simple. It was a stress free process, everything was straightforward from booking the venue right up to our wedding day. We received champagne on arrival for all guests, we had a 3 course meal, room for the bride and groom, DJ was included in the price and the dance floor. I was always put at ease and wasn’t worried about anything at all. I was wanting a small intimate ceremony with a bigger celebration at the reception and Tracey catered for my every need. I can’t thank Tracey and her team enough for everything that she had done for us on our special day. It really was a day I’ll never forget. Nothing was too much trouble & everything came together perfectly. They made what is normally a stressful planning time seem fun and easy. Highly recommend the spaces here for weddings. We arranged a viewing with Tracey, she showed us around and helped us in vision what it would look like with our theme and everything else we had planned. Tracey also gave us a list of recommended vendors for things such as DJ, events companies and cake suppliers which made it so much simpler for us when it came to booking these especially when they already had experience of setting up in this venue. Straight away we knew this was the ideal venue and booked our date there and then. The communication with Tracey in the months leading up to the reception was great then we had a final meeting to go over all the little details a couple weeks before. On the day of the staff were very attentive and helpful. They even took over helping me do the decorations as I was running behind. I went to get ready and when I came down I was amazed by what a great job they’d done and how beautiful the venue looked right down to all the small details. The reception ran smoothly and our guests had a great night. With the staff always on hand to help with anything needed, John was amazing at keeping us right and making sure we were happy through out. The buffet selection was very generous and there was a great selection for welcome drinks for our guests. Overall it was a great experience from the very beginning with Tracey to the end of the whole event, nothing was too much bother, even when we added on some extras to the buffet for the children at the last minute, We would definitely recommend this venue.
