Franco and Zoe had it all sewn up.This is a beautiful venue with stunning views across Langstone Harbour from the Spinnaker Suite. We cannot fault the operations team led by Franco and Zoe as the entire day ran smoothly and without a hitch. Both were a reassuring presence throughout the day. We cannot thank them enough. One definite recommendation is the food. Both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was excellent and plentiful. Many of our guests have commented on how lovely and tasty it all was. All in all, a very happy Mr. And Mrs Le ‘Clercq.This is a beautiful venue with stunning views across Langstone Harbour from the Spinnaker Suite. We fell in love with the Langstone the first time we visited last year. We looked at a number of venues and the Langstone felt like the home for our wedding. We knew from the moment we saw it that the Spinnaker Suite, the hotel was the venue for us. From the first visit the team were professional and helpful, they went out of their way to answer all our questions and ensure we were comfortable with the decisions we made. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Amy was always happy to answer our questions, put our minds at ease and deal with any last-minute problems. She made, what could have been a very stressful lead up to the wedding as easy as it could possibly be. We would like to say we feel the day couldn't have gone better. It was well organised, and the staff were professional & helpful at all times. The team really did help us have the best day of our lives (even if it did rain all day). As we are sure is the case with any wedding there were minor issues on the day but Amy and Amber were exceptional in the way they dealt with them and ensured that at all times we felt well looked after and the minor issues were solved with such professionalism that it is hard to even remember what they were. They went out of their way to make our day special and we cannot thank them and all of the staff more for the efforts they made especially allowing us to have confetti in the room as the rain meant we couldn't go outside. The room was decorated beautifully for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception, which is a credit to the team, as we provided a general idea of how we wanted the wedding to feel but not much direction on what we wanted done with our table decorations. Our family and friends all agreed the day would haven't gone better and the venue and food were exceptional. More than one has said they would visit again. once again thank you for all of your hard work we feel that it paid off. Frank was amazing my master of ceremonies the waiting staff and the bar staff Colin, Abby were exceptional. the food was quality and came out hot and everyone pretty much ate together. Our whole wedding was fantastic. a special thank you to Sophie and to Amy the wedding/events team who made it all so easy. Franco was absolutely wonderful, all the staff were very helpful and it was absolutely perfect. All my friends were so impressed they will probably book their weddings there in the future, and my dad wants to hire the room for this 60th. The food was fantastic, the drinks were lovely and everyone had a wonderful time. It went so smoothly.
