The wedding coordinator, Victoria, was excellent in helping us make the day just how we wanted it; offered advice and thought where we needed it and took care of the rest of the event details, she was always above and beyond. We felt we were in great hands and did not have to worry about the day at all, we just enjoyed it! Most helpful wedding team I have ever met.The hotel not only has a beautiful setting, it has one of the most helpful wedding teams I have ever met. They were on hand for every email, nothing too much to ask. With me being 7 hours away from the venue we couldn't go down and check anything until the night before, everything was perfect, the food was amazing 100,000% would recommend this venue and the wedding team. From the minute we enquired about our wedding a year ago, everyone has been amazing. Jodie has been outstanding the entire process of planning and Victoria was just incredible the week of the wedding and they both made our day. The staff just go above and beyond, with one of the members of staff offering to take some of our family members back to where they were staying when it was extremely late into the night. I will never be able to thank the people that work in this hotel enough. Absolutely outstanding service from every single person, reception staff, bar staff, all hotel staff.. I will come back and stay at this hotel for the rest of my life, it is genuinely our favourite place in the entire world. We are already looking at booking for the summer holidays to see the incredible fireworks.. The Land’s End hotel is beautiful, and not just the location, the hotel itself is gorgeous, the people who work there are beyond incredible. During the most stressful time of year the staff made it so much easier for us. They kept me grounded, kept my vision alive and kept my spirits up. We had the best day we could have imagined, and it was all thanks to the guys at the Lands’ End hotel.We had 13 guests (15 including ourselves), two puppies, face masks and social distancing. During the whole time they were in contact with us continually even if nothing was due to be updated. Nothing at all was too much hassle and everything on the day went as planned and nothing was left for us to do. Victoria and all of the staff were on the ball throughout the whole day and an absolute credit to the company. The staff and attention to detail was absolutely amazing!! Can’t recommend them enough. The Lands End Hotel hosted our wedding after 3 cancellations due to Covid. During the whole time they were in contact with us continually even if nothing was due to be updated. Nothing at all was too much hassle and everything on the day went as planned and nothing was left for us to do.
