Kippilaw specialises in Exclusive use weddings without lots of rules and restrictions .We work with each couple to create the wedding they really dreamed off . Kippilaw has wonderful reception rooms with original details and our clients take over the whole place .Wonderful local food and great bar and 15 bedrooms .Whether you wish to get married in our lovely private gardens, or under a fairytale tree ,or in a formal Ballroom .Kippilaw is a castle like house within easy reach of Edinburgh ,Newcastle or Glasgow . The most amazing wedding venue!The most amazing wedding venue!
Kippilaw house is an incredible venue. We got married in June this year and had the best day. Lil and Vicky made the whole process so easy and stress free. The house is gorgeous with beautiful gardens with a magical tree you can get married under. The food was incredible and many guests said it was the best wedding they'd been too! We stayed for the full weekend and got to enjoy the house with our family- swimming in a near by loch the following day and playing sardines the big house! Me and my husband couldn't be more thrilled with how our wedding turned out at kippilaw! We got married last year and we still reminisce about how perfect our whole weekend was. Everything from the ceremony to the house to the food was exactly as we imagined our dream scottish wedding would be. We can't thank Lil and the team enough for their amazing hospitality and attention to detail!!Me and my husband couldn't be more thrilled with how our wedding turned out at kippilaw! Couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! From the planning to the event and beyond, Kippilaw has exceeding all expectations. We booked for a full weekend and it was brilliant. Rachel is so incredibly helpful with getting all the details finalised and offering help whenever she can, double checking that everything was running well for us. The venue is just gorgeous. I cannot thank Kippilaw enough for giving us a perfect day, would 100% recommend Kippilaw to anyone looking!!Couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! We couldn't have imagined a better venue than Kippilaw for our wedding in June. We had our wedding here in Autumn 2022 and it was a perfect day. Everything from the beautiful and quirky accommodation to the delicious food and assistance from the staff on the day was great. In particular Rachel was fabulous, helpful and calm throughout the day. If you are looking for a unique country house location and a relaxed wedding vibe we would definitely recommend Kippilaw!We had our wedding here in Autumn 2022 and it was a perfect day. I cannot have imagined a better wedding venue than Kippilaw. The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and the grounds are lovely. But the thing that made Kippilaw really stand out from other venues was the owner, Lil, who ran our day to perfection. Throughout the year-long planning process, she was happy to discuss new ideas we came up with, advise us on what was a waste of money and what would be worth spending on to make the day special, and ran everything perfectlyI cannot have imagined a better wedding venue than Kippilaw. Kippilaw is such a fantastic wedding venue with the most wonderful staff. We had to go pretty much blind into booking (we managed a quick visit but no tasting) but Lil and Rachel are such brilliant people to trust and the day was truly magical with such delicious food (genuinely the food was all the guests could talk about and the portions were very generous)! Thank you very much Lil, Douglas and Rachel, you’re amazing!!!!!!!!!!Kippilaw is such a fantastic wedding venue with the most wonderful staff. We got married at Kippilaw House and had the best time ever. Rachel was the best, she was super helpful the whole time and made us feel very comfortable. We didn’t feel any pressure to do anything we didn’t want to as we skipped a lot of traditional things that didn’t match with who we are. They were amazing at changing the menu for some of the guest with allergies. If you want a special place for your wedding ceremony we HIGHLY recommend the ancient tree. It was magical.We got married at Kippilaw House and had the best time ever. Rachel was the best, she was super helpful the whole time and made us feel very comfortable.
