At Kingswood Manor, our wedding and event packages range depending on guest numbers and whether you choose a weekday or weekend. Both packages include exclusive use of our luxurious marquee, elegant event grounds, and convenient car park. Enjoy features such as dimmable glass chandeliers, a spacious wooden dancefloor, a stylish circular bar, and a selection of round or rustic wooden tables with crossback chairs. Our packages also provide speaker and microphone hire, initial furniture layout, corkage, and access to our Pavilion Outhouse toilets. Additionally, you can opt for onsite accommodation in our beautiful and unique residences, allowing you to enjoy the night of and the night before your event at the venue.

From £12,575 for 85 guests – Your wedding package at Kingswood Manor includes exclusive hire of our luxurious Atrium Marquee, landscaped event grounds, and private car park, paired with exceptional in-house catering. Guests will enjoy three bruschetta canapés per person, your choice of a three-course wedding breakfast, gourmet BBQ, fork buffet, or traditional roast, plus evening food to keep the celebrations going. A full drinks package is included, featuring a 1hour 15-minute welcome drinks reception with Prosecco, beer, and mocktails, plus unlimited bar service for six hours. Upgrades are available for champagne, premium cocktails, spirits, table wine, and toast drinks. Your package also comes with full event furniture (tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware), dancefloor, round bar, poseur tables, cake stand, easel, and complete set-up by our team. Optional extras such as overnight accommodation for up to 24 guests, additional drinks packages, or extra décor elements can be added to create a truly bespoke celebration.

Even in March, the venue was gorgeous and everything ran without a single issue. What stood out most was how responsive and professional the planning team were. They helped us with timings, liaised with our suppliers, and just made the whole day flow. We had the most magical day. Kingswood strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The gardens looked stunning, the lighting in the marquee was beautifully soft for the evening, and every detail felt intentional. I can’t praise Kingswood Manor enough. The planning team were responsive, professional, and proactive especially when we had to change plans due to weather. From the first visit to the final dance, Kingswood Manor was flawless. The marquee was perfectly styled, and the staff genuinely cared about making our day special. The location is gorgeous — our guests couldn’t stop taking photos by the stone fountain and trees. The events team were communicative and flexible, even when our florist needed last-minute access whilst we were all asleep! Huge thank you to the team at Kingswood Manor, a day that will last in our memories for the rest of our lives! We had our winter wedding at Kingswood Manor and were absolutely blown away. The team managed everything seamlessly – from heating the marquee to ensuring our dinner went off without a hitch.
