The whole wedding process at The King Arthur was incredible. We got married here on 17th February and we couldn’t have chosen a better wedding venue! All of the staff are so attentive, responsive and nothing is too much of an ask. They are so thorough and organised I had no worries that our wedding day would be perfect and it was! Our wedding coordinator, Rhian was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions I had and was so reassuring and organised during our meetings and on the day she was incredibly attentive. All of the staff at the King Arthur are so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel very special which is exactly what you want for your wedding! Joanna from housekeeping was so fab when we checked in and nothing was too much trouble! A few of our guests complimented how friendly and a laugh she was during their stay for our wedding. Justin the DJ made the evening of our wedding exactly how we wanted it and put up with our heavier music taste in the evening with all the groomsmen requesting songs so thank you so much Justin!! You made our evening 🤘🏻 The food on the day was incredible, all of our guests complimented the quality of the food and loved it. We literally cannot fault a thing about our wedding and this is down to the incredible staff at the King Arthur so just the biggest thank you!!

The most beautiful venue - absolutely perfect for a romantic wedding with the stunning beams, fairylights and huge windows! The gardens are amazing, especially the fairylight willow tree. Everything is on site, so you don't have to leave. From the very first day we met our wedding coordinator Annelise to the wedding day itself, the King Arthur team handled every detail with such care, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better wedding coordinator! Annelise's patience, guidance, and incredible attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable! We felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such capable hands, and we are so grateful for everything she did to ensure the day ran absolutely flawlessly. Our friends and family are still talking about how incredible our wedding was! The food was absolutely superb—everyone keeps commenting on how delicious it was. And of course, a huge shoutout to resident DJ Justin, who brought so much fun to the dance floor! We absolutely love the King Arthur; it’s such a beautiful venue, but what truly makes it special is the wonderful team behind it. The servers, bartenders, setup and cleanup crew, and everyone behind the scenes! Our guests are still talking about how fantastic the staff were, and we couldn’t agree more! We feel so lucky to have chosen King Arthur for our wedding, and we will be recommending it to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.

Me and my husband both highly recommend the King Arthur as a wedding venue. The staff were all professional and very accommodating. We got married during storm Bert, and, everyone was very reassuring and there were backup plans in place to ensure that a smooth transition happened and everything was done on time. My head bridesmaid also had dietary requirements being a celiac and diabetic. This was one of my main worries throughout planning the wedding, but my wedding coordinator Annelise helped reassure me that it was possible to provide safe food for my head bridesmaid. I cannot recommend the King Arthur hotel enough, everyone mentioned how the food was amazing, rooms were lovely, and everything was so organised. The scenery was beautiful despite it raining as well! The King Arthur was the most beautiful venue and we knew as soon as we visited that it was where we wanted to get married. The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Annelise and her team were beyond all our expectations. They were so attentive, calming and wonderful in the lead up and on the big day. We cannot thank them enough for making the most memorable day of our lives so special. The venue, service, food and professionalism were all second to none. You all do a wonderful job and deserve the recent wedding award hands down. We can’t wait to come back and visit and have more wonderful memories there.

We can’t even put into words how amazing this venue is. As soon as we visited The King Arthur we knew we had to get married there. From all the staff that work there, who literally cannot do enough for you, to the amazing food! We had the best day and our wedding coordinator, Jo, was a dream! All our family and friends commented on how incredible the day was! Thank you so so so much for making our day everything we dreamed of and more.

Everything about this venue is perfect. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for pictures. It’s intimate with the accommodation, bar and function room all in close proximity. Perfect for brides getting ready in the cottage only having to walk across the path for their entrance! The food was an absolute highlight and we had so many compliments from our guests. The service is second to none. Our wedding co-ordinator Annelise was an absolute dream and looked after us in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day. She was there every step of the way and made us feel totally at ease. Amazing value for money. Would 100% recommend.

Wow !!!!! Alison came to our rescue after previous cake maker let me down: A call for help and only a few months to go .. and a particularly odd cake request .. messages and pictures and the most AMAZING cake tasting box arrived !! I had to get family reinforcements to help decide on flavours !! They were all amazing ! Then a zoom meeting .. and the final little details .. after the First Lady let me down, I was so glad I had been recommend Alison as I just had no anxiety or worries that anything now would go wrong! And I was so right !! Wowza !! The cake was the centre stage I had hoped for ! And it tasted amazing !!!! I can’t thank Alison enough for not only coming to a brides rescue, but delivering her dream !!

I really don’t know where to start ! I didn’t want photos of me ! Hate having photos done, but knew I’d regret it not having them done. We met Andrew at a wedding fair and loved his albums his package options and his personality .. he got us ! He offers a pre wedding shoot, myself and “Hubby” were a bit awkward about this at first as neither of us really enjoy photos .. however, we were so grateful for this in the end ! We had loads of fun, it gave us a chance to relax and get to know each other, so on the day we felt like friends .and we were definitely more relaxed ..he guided me well and nothing was too much for him .. I can’t wait to see the pictures when they are ready . I was delighted when he sent me a surprise preview of my three grown up kids and one of myself and husband .. made me so emotional !! I can’t thank him enough And fantastic value for money for a very experienced photographer.

cannot express my absolute gratitude for every single person at the King Arthur hotel, From the first meeting ( November 23 ) to our wedding day 23.10.24 .. If we could mention everyone by name we would, but Jo, our wedding planner, saw my vision, guided me and was patient with my “Husband “ when he was being a typical groom. Every member of staff made us feel so special and nothing was too much for them. When it came to the day ..I had made the decor myself, and was quite set on how I wanted certain things, it felt like Jo could actually read my mind and vision, and with all the items I had brought for the ceremony arch ( I had done a mock up but not 100% happy with it ) created the most magical “stage”for our vows .. and then went above and beyond with all other touches .. and on top of that, she ordered sunshine .. and we got it 😃. The food was outstanding ! Our guests can’t stop telling us how amazing it was ! As was the service, Then into the evening .. the bar staff and evening staff were just perfect .. we are overwhelmed! Our guests were amazed .. and the King Arthur and their fabulous army of staff will be forever stamped on our hearts !! Just a last word … we visited a few local venues and by far they were the most affordable.. the King Arthur have a variety of wedding packages, suiting all budgets, what ever package you choose, the customer service, food and experience they provide are the same quality whatever package you choose, and it’s something that Money can’t buy

What a wonderful wedding we had at the King Arthur. They helped my sister with her vision and nothing was too much trouble, especially as she had spent 9 months creating all the decorations and they took all the rest of the stress from her. The staff were just fabulous, and it went without a hitch. All of the guests are still talking about what a great experience it was from start to finish. Well done my kid sis and thank you everyone at the King Arthur.
