Dream days start with a visit to our venue and a chance to meet our Wedding Sales team, who will make you feel right at home and find out what your dreams are, and let you know how we can make them a reality for you! Our Sales team are available 7 days a week for appointments, queries and pretty much anything you need. Fast forward to booking with us, and 6-9 months ahead of our wedding, you'll meet your wedding planner and be invited to an exclusive Experience Day and also a menu tasting... all included in your package price. There's so much included in our packages, you can get the wedding you dreamed of for less than you thought, and we're not sneaky about our pricing because we want you to understand and we don't think we should charge you extra for using things like our centrepieces or easels! We want your wedding to go without a hitch, so your wedding planner will be available for e-mails, calls and appointments on a regular basis. We chose to have our wedding reception at Oxwich bay hotel and it was amazing. From our first encounter with our wedding planners through to the last they were helpful, friendly and professional. They replied quickly and nothing was too much bother. Our arrangements had changed during our planning but they were extremely accommodating and even gave us a bespoke package. We honestly cannot thank them enough. We chose to have our wedding reception at Oxwich bay hotel and it was amazing. From our first encounter with our wedding planners through to the last they were helpful, friendly and professional. They replied quickly and nothing was too much bother. We got married here in July. The staff cannot do enough for you. They run the day so that everything runs smoothly with no stress. The ceremony room is stunning. What A Day!What A Day!
Sophie, Kelly, Geraint & all the other staff who made our day truly magical. There wasn't one bit of stress, it went so smoothly and we got to appreciate so many moments and really soak in everything, any question or issue was dealt with within seconds, nothing was too much or too little and the catering/bar/evening staff were so accommodating the whole process. We are completely reminiscing on our day, we have already laughed, cried and feel beyond grateful. The wedding team here at Oxwich took any possible worry or stress out of my day so I could relax and enjoy the day go perfectly. Every detail, was perfect!! Me and my husband and all the guests were blown away with the magic special setting of Oxwich bay. We had our Wedding here in Winter, which, whilst it was cold, was still beautiful and cosy. We currently live in London and had to plan most of the wedding from afar. However, the venue couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were flexible, accommodating and friendly. The best day ever The best day ever
We had the best day at Oxwich, the staff were lovely, polite and so helpful! The food was amazing, the in-house DJ was so accommodating to our needs and the day just went to smoothly. The venue is so perfect being right on the beach with amazing views. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough!We had the best day at Oxwich, the staff were lovely, polite and so helpful! Our wedding venue! We put several choices on the list and this was the first we viewed and then binned the list. Perfection! Amazing location, stunning beach views, awesome food, attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. We stayed again for the last night of our honeymoon because we missed it so much. Well worth a visit at least once a year.Our wedding venue! We got married here in sept 2014. The place stole our hearts but was fully booked until a cancellation turned up, we only had 6 weeks to plan and invite everyone as the deal was far too good to turn down, the staff were the best I’ve ever dealt with and couldn’t do more to help us pull off the perfect wedding. Everything about this venue is magical and I would recommend it to anyone. We got married here in sept 2014.
