- CColin15/10/2016I highly recommend Isaacs as a wedding venue...I highly recommend Isaacs as a wedding venue...I highly recommend Isaacs as a wedding venue. Sarah & Marcella were extremely helpful and professional and made sure that our day went according to plan. Arranging a wedding is quite stressful and to have Sarah & Marcella handle the detail and organisation on the day was a huge burden removed from our hands. We had a 1920's themed wedding and the afternoon tea was plentiful and tasty, The photos are fantastic with the waterfront as a background. We cannot thank Isaacs enough for a fantastic dayI highly recommend Isaacs as a wedding venue. Sarah & Marcella were extremely helpful and professional and made sure that our day went according to plan. Marcella & Sarah were accommodating and professional to all our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, including dietary requirements, guest mobility issues and bride specific requirements. The whole wedding went, surprisingly, without any hitches. All of our 70 guests enjoyed our wedding and remarked how fantastic Isaacs was, including the afternoon tea that was plentiful and tasty.Isaacs on the quay is a beautiful venue both inside and out. Marcella & Sarah were accommodating and professional to all our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, including dietary requirements, guest mobility issues and bride specific requirements. The venue itself is beautiful, particularly the ceremony room, but also the top floor and garden that we had sole use of. We had a fantastic relaxed day with a BBQ instead of a traditional sit-down meal, and having the use of the amazing Merchant House directly behind the night before and the night of the wedding made everything so easy!Isaacs was the perfect venue for us in terms of location, being in the town centre it was easy for all our guests to find accommodation within walking distance. The venue itself is beautiful, particularly the ceremony room, but also the top floor and garden that we had sole use of. They were thorough & engaging. Marcella had great knowledge and advised us of what did/didn't work. They both listened to our ideas & were flexible to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble & the team were a pleasure to deal with. Every aspect was dealt with professionally & any issues were sorted efficiently leaving us stress free. Love that we were able to use our own devices to play our own music for the ceremony. Perfect weather helped but all in all and outstanding venue set within the beautiful ipswich quay.
