Our unique Barn, a converted 16th century Meadow barn comes complete with its own minstrels gallery, overlooks the golf course and comfortably seats wedding parties of 100 (day guests) and 150 Evening Guests. Our chef is always willing to create special menus should you wish to add specific dishes that are not listed. Minimum number of 60 day guests for Saturdays. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and careful planning is essential in order to create that perfect and memorable occasion. Our wedding team pride themselves on offering a personal touch, ensuring that your day is unique and one to cherish. Our Barn is a truly perfect setting to celebrate with friends and family! Set over 130 acres of rolling countryside and woodland including private access to the golf course. The Stratford Park provides a fabulous backdrop whatever the season. Selecting a venue is one of the first decisions you will make when planning your dream wedding and whether you prefer an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, at The Stratford Park you can be confident that every little detail will be perfect. Our stunning barn has flexible space, which can accommodate up to 150 guests; perfect for your wedding breakfast and evening party! Plus we are fully licensed and have two dedicated civil locations.

What can we say! My wife Katy and I got married at the Meadow Barn over Christmas 2023. It was clear from the moment we first came to the venue that it was perfect for us - beautiful barn, fantastic grounds, great food and a hotel on site for our family and friends to stay. Jamie, Beverley and the team were simply amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate everything we asked of them and made us feel very special and at home over the weekend we spent on site for our wedding day. If you're considering a barn wedding venue in the Midlands, Stratford Park must be high on your list for consideration.What can we say! The meadow Barn Team were amazing, in the run up to our day they answered all our questions in a timely manner & calmed our nerves as the day got closer! On the day the whole team went above & beyond, everyone loved the food & wine & the evening pizzas were fabulous! The whole team at Meadow Barn are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. The fact we could have our dog with us at our wedding meant so much to us. The flowers were perfect & beyond anything I ever imagined. Everyone said how delicious the food was & the evening pizza from the hut was fabulous too.The whole team at Meadow Barn are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. We cant thankyou enough for the amazing day you gave us, we had the best wedding day anyone could ever wish for. Jason you kept me the bride calm & jsut sorted everything without me even having to ask, you made the day so smooth & you were a pleaseure to work with. Debbie we cant thnakyou enough for sorting the day out for us & thankyou for replying to the 10000 emails especially during the last few months. And to the rest of the staff during the night before, wedding day & morning after, you made us all feel so looked after & every single one of you was so helpful, we are so grateful! A massive thank you for everything that you did to make our wedding day so special! We booked the venue last January, and instantly fell in love with it! What with postponing a date and my control freak personality, I know I asked a lot of questions throughout the lead up to the day, and you answered all of them and put my mind at rest. Natasha and the team did such a good job of laying out the barn with all the decorations. When I purchased all the items, I was trying to keep to a theme. It was so lovely to see how you brought everything together in the barn, and saw my vision come to life! I didn’t have to lift a finger, and you did such a great job of taking control of everything so that I could relax. The day ran so smoothly, and I was slightly worried about not wearing a watch, but there was no need! The music was played out perfectly, and also the little touches were appreciated, like giving me some water just before the ceremony, when my mouth felt so dry! Also you were so flexible and accommodating in the last minute changes to people and food requirements. We had lots of compliments on the food throughout the day from our guests, and the portion sizes were very good. Our particular favourite was the strawberry cheesecake! Also the next morning, the breakfast service was great. So please pass on our thanks to all the kitchen staff too. We hope you enjoyed the chocolates, just a little thank you to show our appreciation. We shall definitely be back for a Sunday roast/meal at the hotel in the near future! We look forward to seeing the pictures from the photographer, so that we can re-live the day all over again!
