Formal or informal, funky or traditional, we'll ensure the food and drink complement your wedding perfectly. What would you like? A five-course wedding breakfast, a casual and informal buffet, a completely bespoke dining menu and wine list specifically created for the occasion by our resident chef and sommelier?
The choice is yours, but whatever you decide, come the big day, we'll work diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
The Glenlivet is the largest of our private rooms seating up to 30 on one oval table, and up to 50 on smaller round tables. The Glenlivet combined with the Ardbeg will seat up to 80 on round tables and host up to 100 for a cocktail style evening event. A neutrally designed room retaining many of its original features, including majestic original bay windows which allow the room to flood with natural daylight.
The Rosebank is an intimate room with stunning period features and direct access to our private terrace.
The Macallan is a beautifully spacious area with comfortable sofas, soft lighting and a roaring fire. It is a perfect area for guests to relax whilst sipping on a flute of chilled Champagne.
Townhouse Number 5 can be taken over exclusively for you special day. Opulent features, original fire places, rich wood panelling, dramatic stained glass windows and sweeping wooden staircases. Includes 12 truly luxurious bedrooms and suites for your guests including the 'Domaine Georges Vernay', with a private patio area and the ultimate honeymoon suite.The property's own 'secret' terraced garden is perfect for an intimate and sophisticated wedding ceremony and reception. The Macallan, Glenlivet, Ardbeg and Glengoyne private rooms will all be at your disposable.

All of our guests have made comment not only on the fantastic venue and the excellent food and wine but also on how amazing every member of staff has been. Your communication and assistance throughout has been wonderful. Nick was amazing on the day, what a Man! He could not do enough and he ensured everything went to plan. The bar staff kept everyone topped up and kept the laughs going. The kitchen team produced an exceptional dinner, the best wedding dinner. The porters and reception staff ferried all the luggage and answered countless questions! Everyone did so with a smile. I always love our stays at One Devonshire Gardens and had high expectations for our wedding day. You and your team absolutely smashed it, you met my expectations and so much more! Everyone from the hotel have been absolutely amazing, so lovely with lots of good banter thrown in. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning & the food was lovely. 10 out of 10, you guys really knocked it out of the park! My only complaint is that it flew by so fast & before we knew it, it was time to wrap it up. So our thanks to all involved from One Devonshire. We had such a fabulous day, thank you very much. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly, easy to chat to and happy to assist you in any way they could. We booked out the Townhouse 5 which included the rooms for our guests to stay in after wedding and they all said the exact same - everyone was thrilled with their rooms and the service from the staff. The turnaround time for events such as weddings is amazing - we had the ceremony and afterwards went to the bar and for photos and in the blink of an eye, the same room we were just in was transformed for dinner. The same happened between dinner and the reception at night. Guests were amazed that it was the same room that they had just been in. The food was outstanding - absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was fast and friendly and they really went out of their way to make sure that everything went well and we had everything we needed. Our room was absolutely massive, clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We were left a nice message on a dessert plate with a bottle of Champagne when we arrived the night before. The breakfast was also great, particularly the little haggis fritters! We were treated like royalty and nothing was a bother to the staff who were polite and attentive throughout the day. The ceremony was planned to perfection and the decor of the rooms was beautiful. The meal was fantastic and the service was excellent. We have nothing but praise for the staff who made the day so enjoyable and stress free.
