This beautifully historic university owned building was transformed to enhance its many quirky features in to this stunning, charismatic hotel. Forty one bedrooms and suites, some with private terraces, have been carved out of the unique building. Dating back in part to medieval times, the hotel boasts a cosy library, private events room and labyrinthine cellar bar. When it comes to food, prim and formal gourmet dining we aren’t. Relaxed, attentive and French bistro-inspired, we most certainly are.
