It was an amazing day and we are so glad we picked Hope Street Hotel to hold our wedding ceremony at. Everyone at Hope Street who helped on the day and on the lead up to the day did a fantastic job! A big thank you has to go to Amy who helped both me and Stephen keep our cool on the day.It was an amazing day and we are so glad we picked Hope Street Hotel to hold our wedding ceremony at. Brilliant!Brilliant!
The wedding was beyond brilliant!!!! We were so thrilled with how it all went. The weather had been so foggy from first thing in the morning but by the time we were getting married it had turned into the most fabulous sky with the fog descended so it was hanging low in the sky and the tops of all the buildings were peeping out with the sun shining . It was unbelievable !! I have to thank the staff because without them being so attentive and thoughtful it wouldn't have gone so smoothly and effortlessly. Our wedding co-ordinator was fab throughout and cat and aisy were just brilliant , they were both so warm and engaging and fantastic with the kids!! our guests were all so impressed with the hotel and the staff throughout the whole thing. The staff at the reception were also very attentive and friendly. The bubble bar was a definite hit too the only feedback I would have is that it could be Promoted a little more obviously as it was possibly too indiscreet. Unforgettable weekendUnforgettable weekend
We had a number of guests staying for my daughter's wedding for a couple of nights from Liverpool, and also from outside of the city. The venue was excellent, both in terms of the accommodation, and for the wedding itself. Everything went extremely smoothly, and all our guests commented on what a great day they had. All of the staff, and especially Aisy, the dedicated wedding coordinator on the day, were first class, and I can't thank them enough for helping to make whole week-end one that we will never forget. Me and Jorge would like to thank everyone at hope street for all the help and support in the run up to the wedding. The menu substitutions were most appreciated and we felt that they really cared about making our day special. We would also like to thank Amy, who was a vision of calm and professionalism throughout! I felt totally relaxed knowing that she was running the show. One word - amazing! Finally, the catering team on the day were outstanding. The young waiter who looked after the top table was brilliant. I am especially delighted that he made sure to look after my mum and keep her glass topped up. She said he was great. He had a lovely manner about him and made me feel so special in the way he spoke to me. Everyone here has been amazing and we are already planning to come back as soon as possible. I will be leaving a full review on trip advisor when I get a chance. Thanks again to each and every member of the team. I should also add the barmen are wonderful at what they do, and hilarious. A wedding day is so stressful but thanks to Hope Street we could sit back and enjoy the day with confidence. We had our wedding at Hope Street Hotel in August this year and the hotel will now forever have a special place in our hearts. It has such a crisp, clean and airy feel to it, combined with beautiful exposed brick and rustic wooden beams. If you're looking for the ultimate boutique city venue, and something that will really wow your guests and get them talking then this is the place. The area around the hotel is great for getting some cool and quirky wedding photos too (think cobbled side streets and Victorian terrace houses), plus it's full of bars and restaurants if your guests want somewhere to head the night before. Make sure you encourage your guest to stay at the hotel because the rooms are to die for and well worth the money! and as for the breakfasts... the best I've had. Especially the veggie one! We had our wedding breakfast up on the 5th floor... the view from up there off the room's private balcony is simply stunning - you can see the whole of the city and all my guests loved standing out there in between courses to take in the view. We then held our evening reception downstairs in the 'resident's lounge'. It's ideal for a reception or party - low-ish ceiling, fairy-lights everywhere, exposed brick and lots of wood, different types of seating and a big dance floor. Now onto the staff. Each and everyone of them are so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you're the only couple having your wedding there! Can't thank them all enough for what they did and for making the day just perfect and really personal. Thank you Hope Street Hotel you made our wedding a day we will never forget!! Attended my best friend's wedding here on 6/10/17. Perfect from start to finish. We stayed over the night before, room was spotless, big comfy bed, had everything you could possibly think of and the welcome card was a lovely touch! On to the big day- perfect from start to finish! Thank you to the lovely bar staff on the wedding morning for letting us be a pain and making up all our cocktails and bringing them to our room! On to the big day! Such a perfect wedding!! Staff were so friendly and helpful! In particular thank you to Amy she is an absolute credit to you and ensured the whole day went perfectly! The food day and night was phenomenal! hope street hotel is in the middle of Hope Street. The road is bookended by the city’s two cathedrals and our main entrance is directly across from the Philharmonic Hall. The best way to find us is to follow signs for cathedrals and you will find us in the middle of the two. Several bus routes run passed hope street hotel including the 86A, which will take you directly to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. We are only a 15 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street for national rail services and 10 minutes from Liverpool Central for local and Wirral Line rail services. While we do not have parking on site there is lots of on street parking as well as The Philharmonic car park across the road and The Anglican Cathedral car park down the road, which offers plenty of spaces and 24 hour security.
