High House Barn

Our rustic barn and encompassing farmland are waiting for you and your fiance to share one of the happiest days of your lives. Set your wedding against soft wooden furnishings, beams, flagstones polished by time, and provincial architecture, all surrounded by romantic, rolling English fields and dry stone walls. High House Barn is an intimate Northumberland wedding venue with our own in-house Wedding Co-ordinator to ensure your day is the one of your dreams, shared with those nearest and dearest to you. We can host your wedding in three different spaces depending on the style wedding you envision. For smaller, intimate weddings up to the capacity of 40 guests, our Malt Loft is the perfect indoor space to celebrate with your nearest and dearest, surrounded by candlelit stone walls. We also have a smaller indoor ceremony space on site in our Malt loft with a maximum capacity of 40 guests. For larger weddings up to 120 guests, we invite you to celebrate your nuptials in our "outdoorsy open air" granary barn, which is fully licenced to host your ceremony. We can comfortably fit 100 guests within, some couples love to take full advantage of our Granary Barn and choose to have their dining reception alfresco! Alternatively,, we include a marquee with all of our packages to ensure you have cover, should you need it for your drinks reception and dinner. The marquee comes fully equipped with heating, lighting, wood floors, furniture and all the essentials. We have 10 glamping tents on site for the truly adventurous couples who love the great outdoors, each tent provides accommodation for five guests, and includes breakfast to set you up for your next day of celebrations. We have five brand new, heated and fully equipped bathrooms on site for guests to use.
