All depends on the time of day and sunlight - in the walled garden, to the top paddock as the sun sets, on the lawn which is South facing; breath-taking views across an ancient valley which steps down to a bend in River Yeo.

Renovating a wonderful Jacobean farmstead with new lease of life for generations to come and enjoy, keeping its character but set up ready for a fab party with state-of-the-art 21st century comforts!
