Gloucester Robinswood Hotel

12 of my family attended my 80th birthday dinner on 21st June at the Robinswood Gloucester hotel. I cannot thank the staff enough for making me feel so special. The food was excellent, the service professional & the room was spotless. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing Everything were amazing,the room big and clean, the pool warm &huge , the food delicious, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful especially Valerica( dinner) and Florentina( breakfast) amazing lady’s making our stay exceptional,I highly recommend and definitely we will return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was overall very pleased with my stay. We took our little dog with us and was very pet friendly. Lovely location as not far from the centre. Staff were very helpful and had a lovely choice of buffet breakfast and bar food. We had booked the Executive Double and was very spacious and clean. So will thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to go for a weekend break in a good location in Gloucestershire.

Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make this stay special for us on my wife’s big birthday. Shannon on reception did an excellent job on our room with some really personal touches, Sharon was an excellent host during both breakfasts and our afternoon tea and Nikki from housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. Valerika was also extremely attentive and professional during our evening meal.Thanks for an excellent staycation.

As the lead guest with a group of 31 Epsom MG Owners Club members, we all were extremely impressed with the hotel. The reception staff were all very friendly, as were the room-cleaning team. The bed I slept in was VERY comfortable and once I had adjusted the radiator-temperature to my liking, I slept 'like a top'. Booked a spa break weekend away for the girls to relax and switch off . The staff were amazing and professional. Any questions we had they helped us straight away . Every member of staff was professional and polite especially Sharon in the restaurant. She remembered our breakfast order from the first day and was very helpful with everything that we needed. Amazing stay. Amazing catering. Valerica took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. We need more people like her in the world. On top of this, the facilities are incredible. The gym and pool are easily accessible and the layout of the hotel ensures movement between locations isn't too taxing

Staff have gone above and beyond fir us here. They decorated our room for our anniversary which was a really special touch. We had a lovely 2 course meal included in the price of our stay. Valerica in the restaurant was very friendly and so attentive. Highly recommend.

Seven of us mostly couples went to the Hotel for New Year’s Eve and it was excellent. We had a gala dinner and the food was excellent, it was all very tasty and piping hot. We paid for an AI drinks and there was plenty to drink, we had bottles of wine on the table red, white and Rose which were all very nice and then there was buckets in the table with bottles of corona which my husband loved and when those bottles were empty we were given new ones, we didn’t go to the bar much at all.
