Venue hire for our stunning Elizabethan Suite, which comprises of a double-height ceiling ballroom adorned with sparkling crystal chandeliers, and an adjoining exclusive modern bar area, is typically priced at a very reasonable £950. However, providing you meet a minimum number of 65 adult guests for a three course wedding breakfast, this room hire is reduced even further to an unbelievable £650!
If you wish to host a civil ceremony at the venue, Glenmore House offers is gorgeous Tudor Rooms, fitted with stunning stained-glass windows, and priced at just £350 for hire.

The food is phenomenal. They are very generous with portions and everyone was stunned by the flavours. Overall the whole experience was first-class and it is definitely great value for money. We were made to feel so comfortable and made our daughter's day so much easier and enjoyable with the help of Faye who was so lovely! The food was SO good and had such a wide variety to choose from and so accommodating. Guests are still talking about it - really and truly recommend. Overall it was a wonderful day at Glenmore and I truly recommend it Honestly if you are considering booking Glenmore for your big day BOOK IT! During the planning process Freya patiently answered our each and every query and was extremely helpful during the whole planning process. On the day, she and all the staff made everything run like clockwork so we didn't need to worry about a thing. The food was absolutely outstanding - all our guests commented on how delicious it was and everybody left empty plates. We also had quite a few dietary requirements and the kitchen dealt with these without fuss or complaint. The tasting evening was really enjoyable, it was great to meet other couples who were also getting married at Glenmore and also taste all the amazing food - it really was hard to choose our menu! The venue itself was perfect for us - it is somehow quirky and different and also beautiful. The ceremony room upstairs was one of the loveliest we saw when we were looking for a venue. It was also handy for some of our guests to be so near a mainline rail station. Don't let the lack of an outside area put you off - the park is great for photos and the rest of the venue is so lovely and varied you won't miss it. Cannot recommend this venue highly enough - amazing value for money, incredible food, unusual setting and outstanding staff who go the extra mile. Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?
Yes! Glenmore House has a licence to host civil ceremonies under The Royal Borough of Kingston Council.
Ceremonies typically take place in our stained-glass-windowed Tudor Room which has a capacity of 100. Larger ceremonies can be held in the main Elizabethan Ballroom.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes! We have a large onsite car park and offer free parking throughout the duration of the wedding day to all wedding guests. Overnight parking is also available at a nominal charge.
Does Glenmore House have outdoor space for photos?
Whilst the venue does not have it's own grounds, we are conveniently located just opposite Claremont Garden on The Crescent, which offers a green and picturesque backdrop to your group photos.
Is there any local accommodation for wedding guests?
Glenmore House has two recommended hotels within a short distance of the venue; a boutique hotel with just a 3-minute's walk away, and a larger hotel located just 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cab ride away. Both hotels offer discounted rates for Glenmore House customers.

What are some of the best ideas you've seen at a wedding?
We have seen so many great add-ons to a wedding, and honestly most of them are more about the experience they give the guests rather than the "aesthetic". People tend to forget about the flowers and decorations. These are some of the best fun bits we've seen:
- Hired in arcade games (air hocky, space invaders, fuseball)
- 360 photobooth or Glam booth
- Fancy Dress Selfie Station - budget friendly and fun with props, wigs and selfie sticks. Everyone loves t dress up and hold a prop.
- Roulette table or Black Jack table hire
- Ceilidh Band - something different that gets everyone up and dancing for a short period of time
- "Draw your own portrait" instead of a guest book - each guest had a card to draw their own face and post in a box. The couple then turned the portraits into a nursery school style tea towel as a keep sake!
- Flamenco or Mariachi Band as entertainment during drinks reception or the gap between the meal and evening reception
