Our Barnard Suite, filled with natural light, features exposed oak beams and a stunning stone feature wall - perfectly suited to every theme, decoration or colour scheme. Our expansive veranda is one of the venue’s true focal points, overlooking the Bawburgh Golf Course and Yare Valley, it’s simply perfect for outdoor ceremonies & photographs.
All of our catering is provided by our talented in-house team, who aim to offer vast options of high quality dishes. Our front of house team are also passionate about the unique high quality service they will be delivering for you on your special day.
Tucked away in the countryside, our luxurious woodlands accommodation is the perfect retreat to head to at the end of your big day. Our Woodlands Suite has a romantic setting with beautiful views, a four-poster bed, a freestanding bath and a private outdoor hot tub. It’s the perfect place to relax with a glass offizz under the stars.

We soon realised on the week of our big day, that we were expecting a lot of rain, and a lot of rain there was! Having not seen many other rainy weddings at the venue, I was nervous, but I needn’t be! The venue is so picturesque inside that we didn’t need the outside at all, the staff literally carried my dress outside to the beautiful bandstand where we had most of our photos which turned out gorgeous.Our wedding at Glen lodge was the best day of our lives. We soon realised on the week of our big day, that we were expecting a lot of rain, and a lot of rain there was! Having not seen many other rainy weddings at the venue, I was nervous, but I needn’t be! The venue is so picturesque inside that we didn’t need the outside at all, the staff literally carried my dress outside to the beautiful bandstand where we had most of our photos which turned out gorgeous.

The venue is a fantastic location in an ideal setting for a wedding all of our guests complimented how beautiful it was, we was able to get married outside on the veranda overlooking the picturesque panorama of the golf course. Glen lodge was also happy to accommodate a surprise that my parents and husband had planned for me! On the wedding day the whole team were so helpful, calming and made sure that both us and all our guests had the best day, even managing to move the ceremony to be outside around fifteen minutes beforehand due to the rain stopping! Our whole wedding day was perfect, the venue it’s self is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and the food is amazing.
