We pride ourselves on offering exclusive weddings all year round. In the summer months we enjoy country garden weddings naturally flowing between the lawn and our grand marquee. In the cooler months the Kentish oak barn and state-of-the-art Stags Barn creates a cosy countryside theme for boutique weddings that is both beautiful, warm and relaxing. Frasers wedding team prides itself in attention to detail, at the heart of ensuring your day is as relaxed and perfect as can be! Let us guide you throughout the whole wedding planning process. We can offer a full in-house floristry and event styling service as well as providing expert advice on all suppliers and services for your special day. At Frasers, with our support, planning your wedding is stress free. Frasers is delighted to offer both 'Free Range Weddings' and 'Bespoke Weddings'. 'Free Range Weddings' gives you ultimate flexibility with hire from 12pm on day one to 12pm on day three. The venue is a blank canvas for you to create your own wedding, choose your furniture, crockery, cutlery, location for each part of your day and more. Our 'Bespoke Weddings' offer in house catering and full event management. We can offer an array of food options from BBQ's and Street food, Afternoon Tea, Traditional 3 course meals and much more. Sustainability is at the core of all we do at Frasers, using only the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in our menus. We have a large kitchen garden where we grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables right here on the farm, our ethos is 'Field to Fork' when it comes to food at Frasers. Frasers create celebrations to remember with magnificent award winning seasonal, local home-cooked food accompanied by delicious local wines as well as luxurious accommodation. Simply THE best!

We are a young country living and loving couple/family so finding a venue that reflected that was super important to us. We didn't want a large wedding either, something more intimate, like a glorified family gathering so a venue where we wouldn't all get lost was key. From the first moment I met Lisa and saw images of Frasers I just knew it was the one for us and I couldn't imagine there being anything comparable. When we visited we were not disappointed. It was breath taking and I knew instantly it was the ONLY place I wanted to say 'I do'. Lisa, Jo and their team went above and beyond to create the perfect day for us, nothing was too much trouble and everything we requested they over delivered on. Even down to Jo scouring Kent to find the perfect Colin the Caterpillar for our wedding cake! No request would have been too much. Jim, their Chef. Oh my gosh, this guy is amazing. The food was out of this world and by far the best I have ever eaten. Even better, there is no set menu, so our Wedding day food was all our favourites completely bespoke to us and I doubt I will ever eat food again as good! Flowers too, oh my golly gosh the flowers!! Lisa worked some serious magic creating bouquets, button holes, dog accessories, archways and milk churns over flowing with gorgeous florals. These were more than I could have ever imagined! They were stunning. We stayed the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding and honestly the Frasers team were at our beck and call, nothing was too much to ask and we had the most wonderful experience with our closest family and friends, including the dogs!!! For myself and Harry it was just so special, so unique to us and we were surrounded by all that we love and know and what makes us 'us'. Lisa and her team really get to know you as a couple and a family and they tailor your wedding to that. They also are just such wonderful people to know and work with and will work with all your desired suppliers seamlessly to get perfect results. So get your basket full of your wildest dreams and give it to them and they will bring it to life. We can never thank them enough for that. Our fairytale well and truly came true and we now have those memories to cherish forever.

Perfect, stress free day

My husband and I would like to say a massive thank you to Frasers for hosting our wedding on the 05/05/24. It was 100% the best day of our lives. Lisa made everything so stress free on the day and handled any issues that may have arose. She was so professional and never let anything get in the way. Jo was amazing behind the scenes and would always answer my emails straight away even in my most stressful moments she would stay calm and explain everything fully. The venue is beautiful, honestly it decorates itself you really do not have to do much to the venue. All of the rooms are beautiful and immaculate. My bridesmaids and I stayed in stags barn the night before the wedding and we had the best time. My compliments to the chef who would come and ask us exactly what it was we wanted to eat rather than just assuming. The food was amazing! The wedding breakfast we had was a bbq and they catered to everyone’s dietary requirements. It was amazing and thank you all so much for allowing us to have it on the tables rather than queuing up. All the bar staff were amazing and drinks were served quickly. I honestly could not have asked for a more perfect stress free day, that Frasers provided for us. I would recommend Frasers to anyone who is thinking about having their special day there. Mr and Mrs Bright.

Our beautiful wedding

My husband and I had our wedding reception here in July 2017. Beautiful and peaceful location. Our daughters wedding was held there and what a fantastic place they chose. Staff very attentive but discreet food was amazing from the canapes to the wedding breakfast. Rooms so comfortable and cosy and to finish off an amazing breakfast. Wedding of our dreams

As our 6 month anniversary is fast approaching I have left this review far too long! Frasers holds a special place in our hearts....... we had a wonderful stay and dinner in November 2012 and a few short weeks later we got engaged. (see previous review) Without hesitation we had arranged to come back to Frasers and book our wedding. From the initial booking right through to the morning after the wedding we have nothing but praise for Lisa and her wonderful team. Having organised many events myself in my professional career to find someone who is a like minded as myself and focused on attention to detail is a breath of fresh air - Nothing is impossible and everything is achievable at Frasers. The evening before the wedding myself, the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride had a wonderful meal and stayed over, as usual the rooms were clean and decorated each in their unique country inspired, luxurious way. To cut the long story short here are the highlights of our experience: Perfect catering for difficult dietary requirements (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher and just darn right awkward) Despite the rain and wind the day went without fault, guests were warm, fed and watered throughout ( you must try the mulled cider in the winter months - it was stunning!) an amazing party and atmosphere immaculate accommodation for the wedding party A hot breakfast for 22 people the following morning We would like to thank the whole team for all your hard work and dedication on our big day. We will be back soon (well we have already been back, but can't wait to book for our Frasers anniversary in November) Alex & Anna

Our Dream Wedding became reality at Frasers

16th July 2016 was and will always be an important date for us. Having been together for 16 years, my now Husband and I decided this was the perfect date for our wedding. Amongst many other things to research and plan, the search for the all important perfect venue began. This was made a little challenging for us as we live in Singapore and had to rely on the Internet. We found a few that we thought would be ideal for our Kentish Countryside Summer Garden theme and scheduled viewings during a visit to the UK in October last year. With a couple of places viewed, not having our date available and not being quite right for our theme, we felt somewhat deflated when we arrived for our viewing at Frasers. However, this was quickly replaced with happiness and excitement. From the moment we stepped through the door to the gorgeous main barn on Coldharbour Farm, we were met by Lisa, the owner, with smiles, a hug and the warmest welcome. A nice cup of tea with home baked cookies and we started to share our ideas. Lisa immediately got us and understood what we were after. We hadn't been chatting for long before food menu ideas started to fly around mixed with lots of other suggestions for our theme, decorations, ceremony and recommendations of other suppliers. This was a big relief for us to suddenly have from one source and a real person instead of multiple websites. We spent a long time chatting with Lisa as we had quite specific ideas and requests and wanted to be sure that the Frasers Team could deliver on the day. We didn't book there and then. You never really do, do you :-) but we had not even reached our car in the car park before we looked at each other and said "that's our venue"...... Lisa got a call from us the same day to confirm our booking. Leading up to the weeding day, we exchanged countless emails and phone calls with Lisa and Jo and each step of the way, our ideas and plans came together with their valuable help and support. Whilst Frasers were able to provide most of what we needed and for the things they didn't supply, each of the recommended suppliers delivered exactly what we asked for. A testament to a strong network of reliable and qualitative suppliers. One thing we did stress a fair bit over was our flower arrangements, especially as we had a very clear vision of what exactly we wanted and this was almost impossible to organise from Singapore. Lisa offered to do them for us as she had recently completed courses and added floristry to her business as well as working together with a specialist in this field. As we felt completely at ease with everything else we had asked Frasers to handle, we agreed and WOW did they deliver! We think the pics speak for themselves..! Just stunning. We arrived ourselves on the Thursday before our Saturday wedding and we were immediately made very welcome as we checked into the gorgeous Blenham Suite. Our parents arrived the same day in the afternoon as they were part of our legal ceremony on the Friday morning and Frasers had arranged a private taster menu dinner for us the night before. Unfortunately that evening was not to go as planned, but to absolutely no fault of anyone at Frasers. Due to an issue at an EDF sub station, we had a power cut from early afternoon, but Lisa and her Team did not rest until they had ensured that EDF installed a generator and we had power again the morning after. Fortunately the main building with the kitchen had its own generator so dinner was still on. However, just as we were about to start the delicious dinner Lisa's Chef had prepared, my father fell in. So much so that we all got quite worried as my father could hardly move, speak and didn't really know where he was. Lisa immediately stepped in and whilst my father didn't want to see a doctor or be taken to the hospital, she did not leave his side. She sat in my parents room and chatted with them until we were as sure as we could be that he would be OK with some rest and sleep. Lisa continued to look after my parents, ensuring they had what they needed at all times, drove them to wherever they needed to be and even sent them home to Denmark with a stash of Frasers homemade honey that my father had fallen in love with. She went way beyond her call of duty and we really can't thank her enough for that. On the wedding day itself, we were served breakfast in our room whilst the Frasers team finished the setting up in the barn and marquee. It was a glorious sunny day so we changed our mind with regards to our ceremony and asked them to move it outdoors into the garden to a specific spot by a beautiful luminous green tree. Again we were met with a "yes we can attitude". Decorations, tables, 66 chairs and other furniture moved at short notice. No issue! A few guests arrived late and literally just as we were walking into the ceremony. Lisa sprung into action and ushered them in by the side and got them seated before we reached the front. As we exited the ceremony and walked through a cloud of confetti, Lisa waited for us with two glasses of yummy bubbles which we gulped down. In fact, earlier whilst we were getting dressed and ready with nerves on the highest level, Lisa had knocked on our door with two glasses of the very same champagne from the local Chapel Down Vineyard and they did just the trick. We felt so relaxed throughout as we knew everything was taken care of. After post ceremony drinks and delicious Frasers canapés on the lawn, official photos taken and lawn games, it was time for dinner and we were called to the marquee which had been set up and decorated in the most spectacular way. We could hear the wows from our guests as they walked in whilst we waited outside. The wows continued when the food prepared by Frasers Chef & Team was served. All based on sharing platters with locally sourced produce. As we couldn't decide on just one desert, they had prepared a plate for each guest with no less than three deserts (tarte au citron, eton mess, chocolate mousse) Needless to say that our own and our guests' tastebuds were given a treat. All served together with very tasty wines from the local Hush Heath and Chapel Down Vineyards in Kent. Throughout the day and dinner, the service was faultless as there was always a member of the Frasers team on standby. After a fun party, lots of dancing in the barn, cakes and sparklers, we walked to our room in the happiest and most content state of mind and with a bottle of wine in hand. A perfect day! The day after, we had arranged a brunch at Frasers with our nearest family and friends and had 40 guests who all enjoyed a scrumptious spread with anything from organic cereals, fruit, yoghurts to home baked croissants, fabulous Danish pastries and of course a complete Full English fried breakfast. All enjoyed in the marquee which had been cleared overnight and set up again in totally different configuration and opened up into the gorgeous garden and fields around it. Relaxed and perfect end to our most perfect wedding weekend at Frasers Coldharbour Farm. Thank you Lisa and Frasers Team! You made a very important and special day that bit extra special. We look forward to visiting you again and hope one day to be living close enough to frequently stop by for dinners, afternoon teas and lots of wine tasting. Matt & Jan xx

Fantastic wedding venue

In August we chose Frasers for our wedding venue. Its beautiful, rural location, excellent facilities and rooms, wonderful food (which all our 70 guests loved!) and the brilliant staff made it the best few days EVER! From pre wedding visits and the few days setting up prior to the wedding, Lisa, Jo and their team could not have been more helpful. The day itself was faultless with Lisa and Jo's attention to detail and we could not have asked for anything more. Every person that came to our wedding commented on the venue, food and staff, and they are still talking about the day now. I cant thank them enough for ensuring we had such a magical time!

I could not have wished for a more perfect wedding

Our wedding at Frasers! I’m going to try to put into words how our wedding was everything we dreamed and more. The amount of small detail was amazing, nothing was too much for Lisa, Jo and the rest of the staff. I stayed the night before with two of my close friends and my mum and we had dinner in the restaurant which was so beautiful and relaxing and I stepped into the marquee to see Lisa and a couple of other florists preparing the flowers. They were calm and excited for the day in the morning and you could see that me seeing how hard they had work meant the world to them. The surroundings of Frasers being so peaceful and an exquisite location. I felt calm and relaxed on my big day and that was all because of Lisa and Jo who, after working in high end hospitality, I know gave there absolutely all in making the day perfect! All of the guests said how beautiful venue was, how amazing and full they were from the food, how accommodating the staff team were. Breakfast the next day was a beautiful experience with close family and friends having a lovely chat about the day before! I could not have wished for a more perfect wedding day! Everything is bespoke, all our menus are created for each individual, no two weddings are ever the same! We also never host 2 weddings on 2 consecutive days so the couples can come the day before to be part of the setting up for their wedding and then enjoy a delicious breakfast the next day with their loved ones who have stayed on site.

Being able to create the most beautiful days for couples and the feedback we get back after the wedding, especially feedback about the food, we are really proud of our food.
