We have a range of wedding packages at Foxhills designed to suit all styles of celebrations, whether you are planning a small and intimate afternoon tea, a grand evening reception or a more traditional wedding day. We aim to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of every individual couple, as we recognise that no two weddings are the same and a “one size fits all” approach simply does not suit everyone. Our Wedding Coordinator has carefully designed our main wedding package to include everything we believe you need for the perfect wedding day. However, we also understand that every couple has their own vision, so all of our packages can be tailored and bespoke to ensure your day feels personal and unique to you. Our main package the 'Petals & Promises' package includes: • Three canapés per guest during the drinks reception • A glass of Prosecco for the drinks reception • A three-course wedding breakfast • Freshly brewed tea and coffee after the meal • Half a bottle of house wine per guest during dinner • A glass of Prosecco for the toast • Jugs of iced water on each table • Evening buffet of pizza and chips Also included: • Professional Toastmaster for the full day • Hire of the Orangery, Library for ceremony, wedding breakfast or evening reception • Hire of the Manor Lawns & Lounge for drinks reception • Chair covers with coloured sash • Menu tasting for the couple • Deluxe Suite for the night before and the night of the wedding • Red carpet arrival • Cake stand and knife for your wedding cake • White table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware • Wedding stationery including welcome sign, seating plan, menus and place cards (based on our templates) • Dedicated Wedding Coordinator to assist with planning • Experienced Wedding Manager to oversee your special day

A special thank you to Cheyenne, the wedding coordinator, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and made everything feel as stress-free as possible. We’d also like to give particular thanks to Renato, whose attentiveness and outstanding service ensured that everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is truly exceptional. Dear Angie and the whole team and Foxhills, Dan and I cannot thank you enough for your support and encouragement during the lead-up to and on the day of our wedding. After many meetings and phone calls, Dan and I knew that we had the best team behind us. You made everything run smoothly and effortlessly; nothing was too much trouble. Our day was perfect, the venue was spectacular, and the team was incredible! All of our guests have said how amazing the venue was, as well as the food and staff, and we couldn’t agree more. Dan and I had the time of our life and would do it all over again in a heartbeat; we cannot recommend Foxhills enough; we will be back to celebrate our first year anniversary as a married couple. We held our micro wedding at Foxhills earlier this month and I would highly recommend them as a wedding venue! With news of Surrey going into tier 3, we asked Foxhills if it would be possible for them to bring our wedding 2 days forward so we could still enjoy a lunch after our ceremony, as planned. Within a couple of hours, they had come back to us and made sure everything was arranged for our wedding to go ahead the next working day. You would have never have known that the wedding was pulled forward. The whole team did a fantastic job to make sure we had the most special day. The venue is absolutely gorgeous for photos, the staff are fantastic and can't do enough and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you Foxhills for helping to provide lovely memories of our wedding day. Everything went perfectly! Big thanks to the whole team including: Lydia, Lee-Ann, Ursula and the whole operations team. John and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team for Saturday. We had a wonderful day and everyone commented on how relaxed and enjoyable it was. The Wedding Breakfast in the Orangery looked absolutely stunning and I know you and your team put a lot of work into that. Jasmine who is Foxhills wedding Co-ordinator was so helpful, she helped us so much on the lead up to the wedding and made sure everything was in place and well organised on the big day for us, cant thank her enough!
