Thank you so much for all you did to make our wedding so special. The Hotel was beautiful and everything was perfect! We couldn't of asked for a more amazing day! We are both truly grateful for everything. It was a day we will never forget and it truly was the best day, which is all thanks to you. From start to end you have all been amazing and helped so much. Jennifer the wedding planner is just amazing! Everything we wanted and more! She did everything we asked and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact, all the staff are brilliant. We really liked Kevin, the night porter, he is lovely! I stayed the night before with my girls, which was lovely. On the day of the wedding Donna looked after us and she was just amazing with me and my girls. She knew my daughter's were all hyper and just let them be kids. She even involved them in wedding day tasks such as ordering breakfast. The Wedding Manager Alison was just brillant and how she put up with me I do not know! My nerves were all over the place but she calmed me down and all day she was just amazing! A huge thank you to everyone at this amazing wedding venue. Jennifer, you were fantastic throughout and really helped us with figuring out exactly what we wanted from our day. We both said, we couldn't have organised it any better if we were to do it again. But we both agreed, we definitely would love to do it again. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Alison also. What an amazing host she was. She totally made both of us feel at ease and helped the day to go so smoothly. Finally, the gentleman who looked after us and our guests at breakfast was lovely. Very attentive and everyone commented how lovely he was. So also a special thanks to him. Again, thank you so much to you all. From our first meeting Jennifer was friendly, professional and happy to accommodate anything we asked for. She even got used to my âunauthorised purchasesâ by the end!! Alison was fantastic on the day making sure everything ran to plan, that we had a glass of fizz and our nerves were soothed . We could not have asked for anymore. Our only regret is that we canât do it all over again...We had the most amazing day with our friends and family. I have been to a few weddings and I must say, I was by far the most relaxed groom and genuinely believe it was because of your staff that I was able to relax. From planning with the lovely Jennifer and being looked after by the fabulous Alison on the day. Amazing food all day from the chef, and not to forget the friendly night bar manager who sorted an early breakfast for myself and my bridal party!
