Our building is a former regency church that was originally built in 1817. It has been renovated into a contemporary arts venue and event space in the historic Lanes area of Brighton, and acts as a perfect alternative venue. We welcome couples of all backgrounds, gender identities and faiths for wedding receptions, civil partnerships and celebration parties. The site is in close proximity to the seafront and Brighton train station, situated right in the town centre. Stunning traditional features act as a backdrop to a spacious and flexible venue which can be used to create your perfect look and feel. Our wedding packages are based on a three day hire: Friday: set up between 12pm and 5pm Saturday: party from 4pm to 12am, with access for suppliers and caterers from 2pm Monday: clearing away from 9am to 12pm What’s included • Your own dedicated Event Manager to help you with every step of the planning process and all logistics during your three-day hire • Two experienced bar staff, a fire steward and security door staff • Use of the entire venue to decorate as you like • A ‘behind the scenes’ area for caterers and your band More information - LGBTQ+ and multi-faith friendly - Our capacity is 130 - We have a fully stocked pay bar. Corkage is also available. - Our music licence for bands or DJs runs until midnight. - We are fully wheelchair accessible. - We have two accessible unisex toilets, one with baby changing facilities Our package is flexible because we want you to have the best day ever! It is an empty space which means you can create your perfect look. The team are incredibly helpful at giving you various companies to check out and we were able to tailor everything to fit us. Also the space is so beautiful that if you were on a tighter budget, you could get away with minimal décor because of the building's natural character. For us there was no other contender. Fabrica is right in the centre of Brighton and is completely private unlike many hotels. It is an empty space which means you can create your perfect look.
