Amongst the trees of a private family estate Enchanting Woodland Weddings welcomes you.
Nestled in the woodlands our luxury Nordic Tipis sit cocooned in the heart of the trees affording total privacy, tranquillity and the perfect backdrop for your wedding or event.
Our tipis are kitted out with all you need from flooring and fairy lights, seating and tables, dancefloor and disco ball. And with an option of 2 or 3 tipis we can cater for up to 150 guests.
We have a stunning area specifically for your blessing or joining ceremony, the tall trees create a stunning and natural wedding aisle with rustic seating to truly immerse your guests in the woodland wedding experience.
When it comes to catering you can use our onsite caterers or choose to bring in your own suppliers. We provide a fully stocked and staffed bar who can also provide table & daytime drink packages.
As the sun sets the tipis transform into glittering sanctuaries and with the external firepits lit the woodlands become even more enchanting.
If you want to make the most of your day and night we have camping options for you and your guests from Luxury Bell Tents to pitch your own tent spots, there are also hotels just 10 mins away.
Our package prices even includes a Wedding Co-Ordinator to help your day run smoothly!

We fell in love with this beautiful woodland from the very first time we stepped foot in it and couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. We knew it was "the one" straight away. I don't think any of our guests could quite get their head around why we wanted a woodland wedding or how exactly it would work but every single one of them commented on how beautifully different and perfect a setting it was. Like nothing they'd seen before and not somewhere they would forget in a hurry. The team were amazing and we would recommend them a million times over. My brother married he's beautiful wife and held there reception here on the 13th May, with the backdrop of bluebells it truly was magnificent. Emma and Seb were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, if there was anyway they could help "they certainly did". Our family and friends have not stopped talking about this stunning venue, and the fun had by all on Gavin and Lauren's wedding day, it's memories we will always cherish... They allow you the freedom to use their extensive woodland all day so that you can have a private wedding with family and friends. Umberslade have expanded their facilities further this year by building a gorgeous rustic bar and have now built another toilet block with a shower now nearly complete lending itself perfectly for guests to camp/glamp the night of their wedding. The Deer Lodge is also available to hire in addition for weddings (subject to availability) and is perfect for guests to enjoy, the venue kindly allowed us to hire this which was ideal for our welcome drinks and canapés to be served when the weather was less favourable. Our venue did all they could to make sure the venue was wheelchair accessible and can now accommodate wheelchair users at an event or wedding with a ramp access and portable frame to go around the toilet provided. We were allowed to have Alpaca’s at our wedding which was amazing and they welcome animals to be brought in if you discuss this with them first. Thankyou for allowing us to use your stunning woodland that you work so hard to maintain and preserve the beauty of nature. We are both outdoorsy people and absolutely love the setting here. Emma and her husband Seb are incredible and from start to finish made sure everything was perfect for our day! The Tipi set up works wonderfully in the rustic setting of the trees and the woodland area has good drainage so that even after it's been raining all week you wouldn't notice! Everyone has commented how chilled the day was being outside and didn't even notice our slight delays in timing as they were able to chat round the fires, enjoy drinks from the beautiful rustic bar (made by Seb himself!!) and the children could enjoy some of the wonderful activities available. Our only comment would be we wish it didn't have to end and that we could do it all again!! (maybe a 10 year anniversary party 🙈🙈) the best thing is we know that we can enjoy this venue for many years to come with friends and family for weekend trips, camping, events, and birthdays and this venue will always have a special piece of our hearts ❤️❤️ Thank you Enchanting Woodland Weddings 🙏🙏My husband and I got married here in September and can honestly say we had the best day ever!!
