Eden Leisure Village is a relaxed, countryside wedding venue near Glasgow, perfect for couples who want a wedding that feels natural, personal and unforced. Surrounded by woodland, open lawns and farmland, the venue offers a beautiful mix of outdoor and indoor spaces, creating a calm, rural setting that still feels welcoming and sociable.
Ceremonies can take place in our enchanting woodland area, on the lawn or within the marquee, giving couples the freedom to shape their day around their vision. Thoughtful wet wether back up options are always in place, allowing couples to plan with confidence while keeping the focus on a relaxed, nature-led celebration.
Drinks receptions are often enjoyed in our covered courtyarc or outdoor spaces before your meal in the marquee and then move into the barn for the evening celebration. The barn provides a warm, character-filled space for dancing, while guests can step outside to enjoy firepits and a laid-back atmosphere as the evening buffet is served from the street food hut.
Eden Leisure Villages offers exclusive -use which means the wedding venue is yours for the day. On-site accommodation includes glamping pods, hobbit huts and a beautifully finished shared/communal area, a 3-bed chalet and a luxury, vessel pod with bespoke outdoor kitchen and bar with a wood-fired 2 person hot tub; allowing cuples and guests to stay together and enjoy a full wedding-weekend experience, supported by a friendly, hands-on team who genuinely care about your day.

The setting is beautifully rustic, surrounded by the stunning Scottish countryside, and the location made it so easy for our guests to get to. One of the things that stood out most was how supportive the team were when we decided to go ahead with our woodland ceremony, even though it was raining. On the day Des & Janet with their Eden team ensured every detail of our day went well. They made it all an absolute breeze. Would do it all over again in a heart beat and would always, always, always choose Eden. The rooms were all clean and super comfortable. The venue has a rustic country feel and is a unique place to get married. Our guests had said it was like no other wedding they had been too. Everyone, from the owners to all the general staff were so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the glamping accommodation and our pods and facilities were well appointed and spotless. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were excellent and high quality. The venue itself is spacious and charming with a separate barn for dancing. THE best views over rolling fields and trees. A little bit of paradise.Just celebrated my son's wedding here yesterday and can't say enough about this gem of a place. Ceremony, food, barn and service was perfect and we really could not have asked for a better day. We then stayed over in the glampervan with a few others and it was lovely, very roomy and nice and cosy too. We have had many fantastic weddings. How could I single out only one? We do our utmost for all our couples being married at Eden and each one is special and unique in their own way,
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy each moment from the planning to the actual day. So important to not stress and enjoy the reason for the celebration and that is two people who love each other wanting to spend the rest of their lives together.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
I love it when the couples personalise their day. We have had a fun game section, we have had singing waiters, we have hidden singers at the wedding ceremony, we have magicians, jugglers, characateure artists......

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have a few. My favourite is in the woods.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
The closest we have had is a well known stock car driver :) and one girl's dad had been bodyguard to Lady Diana.

What is your venue's most unique feature?
We are a glamping site full of rustic charm with 12 unique accommodations including a 3 bed, 2 shower, lounge, kitchen, dining chalet. We have a new vessel pod on which is a luxurious pod for 2, with wood fired hot tub and an bespoke outdoor kitchen with a bar.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
My husband and I built Eden from scratch. Our satisfaction comes from the couples and guests saying they have never been to such an enjoyable wedding and commend us on our efforts. That for us is a job well done.
