Within our wedding hotel venue, you'll discover an exclusive wedding suite designed solely for the newlyweds. Immerse yourself in the romance of this thoughtfully crafted space, offering both comfort and elegance. Set amid 26 acres of stunning Nottinghamshire countryside, Eastwood Hall exudes a charming Georgian ambiance, providing a picturesque backdrop for your special day and serving as an exquisite venue for evening celebrations. We believe in zero waste and we’re working with responsible fair-trade and Red Tractor assured suppliers in line with our climate promise. We can also provide you with the carbon footprint of your menu, which you might like to offset by choosing a project like planting trees. We cannot speak highly of Danny who made sure that we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble for him, he literally made us feel so important and it really did make our experience. The venue was excellent and the room it self was amazing and looked lovely. All the well wishers that attended Pete's day said how amazing his celebration was, the food was lovely. Please give your team my kindest of regards and a great big thank you, you are all amazing. I would fully recommend Eastwood Hall to anyone.What can I say, it was perfect in every way. Your staff were extremely helpful and polite, and they attended to our needs very quickly. The food was good as well as the pudding which I believe went down very well with our students. An excellent DJ, he never had an empty dance floor which is always a good sign. Your venue was clean and neat. Thank you very much for being a great venue for us. As a member of staff who set the venue up and enjoyed the night, I would like to share that your venue was excellent. Your staff were extremely helpful and polite, and they attended to our needs very quickly. The food was good as well as the pudding which I believe went down very well with our students. Diandra was an absolute gem from start to finish, communicating every step of our wedding journey along the way. Ensuring everything we asked for was put in place. Even down wanting our dogs to be at the wedding. A big thank you has to go Beth, who was our Master of Ceremonies for the day from meeting with her on the night prior she literally couldn’t do enough for you. Beth ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding & we did hit a big hiccup on the morning of the wedding but she took it all in her stride. Beth & her team did Eastwood Hall proud on the day. The wedding breakfast service was perfect. Compliments have to go to the chef, the wedding breakfast & evening buffet food was amazing & delicious & having to deal with fussy eaters they were catered for with no fuss. It was a beautiful day from staying in the Minton Suite the night before with my bridesmaids and mum, to the ceremony, wedding reception and evening reception. Special thanks to Diandra, our assigned wedding coordinator who was always available via email or phone call to answer queries. We told her our Scottish wedding vision and she helped us create it. Very well mannered, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much. We'd also like to thank the whole team and Danny (our Master of ceremonies) on Sat (05/10) for all their hard work. Nothing was too much and they were there the whole time helping the day run smoothly and to a time schedule. Eastwood Hall is such a beautiful venue with gorgeous grounds to have a wedding. We really enjoyed our day, our guests were all blown away by the grounds, the cleanliness of the facilities, the room, the food was excellent, so compliments to the chef and their team. The venue was superb, great location, beautiful surroundings, quiet and easy to find that made it very comfortable for everyone attending. The facilities were fantastic with plenty of close parking, easy access for mobility, and plenty of space for large groups so it never felt overcrowded. The food was exceptionally good, not only for the wedding but in the restaurant as well. What really touched us and many of our guests however were the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. A special mention is needed for Beth as our coordinator of the day with Caitlin assisting, as they were just superb. Their professionalism and organisation were outstanding meaning the day went so smoothly, yet if we needed anything they were right with us to help. There were so many small touches they thought of so nothing became a problem, from finding accessories to sorting bouncy castles in bad weather. They were both so friendly too adding such calm to what could be a very intense event. It is very rare to find a business were the service is so high yet at Eastwood Hall we were just impressed at every step as were our guests. Our day was planned by Diandra who really sold it to us thanks to her clear knowledge and understanding, then the reception were so warm and welcoming, as we're all the team serving, and assisting, and we even had a chap just come and help decorate late the night before. Nothing seemed too much bother for anyone yet always with smiles on their faces. Then before the big moment, everyone lined up smartly and made us feel we were in Downton Abbey! They spoke and looked after the kids, and so many of them kept coming up to us throughout the day and chatting with us like old friends. We really can't recommend Eastwood Hall enough. We have a range of amazing weddings that happen multiple times a year it wouldn't be fair to isolate it down to one wedding. The day from the start to finish being organized with care is the best way, that not only the Bride & Groom but all the guests have a great day from the start to finish.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Find a venue that will have a lot of inclusivity in regards to the packages they offer to reduce the stress of the day.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A couple met and had their first date in a coffee shop, so they had their favors and theming around the coffee shop.

Historical, Picturesque, Romantic, Stylish, Sustainable.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Definitely outside the Old House in front of the brown doors and the pillars.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not that I am aware of but maybe they snuck in and snuck out without notice.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Fish and Chips will always be a crowd favorite.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Bacon Cobs after a cheeky bit of cake.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
I believe the mixture between old and new gives a certain spark to the venue like a bit of a fairytale setting for any event.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our team! You can get married anywhere but I truly believe the people that help make your day that extra bit special is the team that are consistently ensuring everything is going smooth and everyone is having a great time. We're also really proud of our new outdoor wedding ceremony area!
