- KKaren & Kim01/07/2022Wow! What a venue!Wow! What a venue!We want to do it all over again! And wow! what a venue! I cannot wait to see our pictures! It was the perfect venue and most wonderful day! I would just like to commend the Events Team. They were not only supportive but also just lovely to deal with. We truly had the most special day and have such amazing memories that will last us a lifetime. I can't thank them enough for helping to make it as special as possible! We want to do it all over again! And wow! what a venue! I cannot wait to see our pictures! It was the perfect venue and most wonderful day! I would just like to commend the Events Team. Everything was explained to us beforehand. The food was plentiful, great quality and well-cooked. George, the Events Operations Manager, and his Team were also faultless and so helpful! They looked after us amazingly well.. Our day was just perfect! We cannot thank you enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you :)The Events Team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Julia, the Head of Events, was 100% faultless! Everything was explained to us beforehand. The food was plentiful, great quality and well-cooked. Everything was explained to us and all the information was very well communicated, especially what we could/ couldn't see because of Covid ahead of our wedding, as well as the fact that we could get a refund if we then didn't like the venue - much appreciated! Everyone said that the food was so delicious and the guests are still talking about it - especially my nan (particularly the gnocchi and the fish & chips). The service staff were brilliant and very discreet when asked about the bar tab etc. They looked after us very well!Everything was brilliant! We are very, very happy! We wish to express sincere thanks for your help and support, and that of your staff, from our initial viewing of the Pavilion Salle to the time of our event. Thank you for constantly keeping in touch with us to ensure even the smallest detail was considered and managed. We had an absolutely amazing time with our family and friends. We would be delighted to use the venue once again, should the need arise! We would recommend the venue to anyone without hesitation.
