It was so easy to get our suppliers together and hand the details over to Ffion to get all the final details together. She did a brilliant job and made the day so straightforward so all we had to do was get married and enjoy ourselves! Reasonably priced and we got discounted room rates for guests who wanted to stay there, with super customisable packages. They will make your day how you want it. From the second we looked at the venue she was so supportive and we hadn’t even booked the venue at this point! We went with the venue because of Ffion and we made the best decision. The communication 10/10 support 10/10 Ideas 10/10. Our day was perfect and so straight forward. We also had our food buffet style but at the table and everyone was so happy. The chef was amazing we had a taster and gave feedback and he made our menu perfect! Thank you again Doubletree we made the best decision to have our day here!!! ❤️The venue is gorgeous but it’s Ffion who makes it perfect!!! From the 1st day of going to view the Doubletree by Hilton, we got such a warm, friendly welcome, we got to meet the owner and the lovely wedding planners Ffion and Vicky. They helped us answer all the questions we had. They planned with us our wedding day to suit our budget and combined rooms, they honestly couldn't do enough for us. 90% 9f the time through the whole of the planning and our big day, Ffion was our go to, who was amazing, the lady couldn't do enough for us and we were so appreciative, we couldn't thank her enough, we got to know her and she helped us so much. We met up with Ffion a few times before the big day, and went through everything from room hire, to food, to room decor, to night time reception. Ffion was by our side till late. Ffion was very organised and took alot of our stress, but she was very calm, which kept us calm, the lady deserves a medal. Herself and all the staff set up our ceremony room, helped paul seat the guests, Adam helped paul take all the wedding reception items to the room and he hung around at the reception to help with anything we needed, we are so thrilled we chose the Doubletree and would highly recommend it to others. We had our ceremony in the canon suite and wedding breakfast and reception in the Corinthian suite. The food was brilliant; afternoon tea for wedding breakfast and an evening buffet. The team were really diligent to allergies and dietary requirements. We have to give a special mention to Ffion, our on the day coordinator, who made sure everything was to out liking!
