We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The first time we saw the hydro we knew straight away that was the place we wanted to get married. Our day couldn’t have been possible without the Hydros wedding coordinator, Morag, who made the entire process so easy for us. - The rest of the evening was phenomenal with all our guests commenting on how amazing it was and how stunning the venue was too. We very much look forward to going back to Dunblane Hydro in the future.We couldn’t have asked for a better day. We had our special day at Dunblane Hydro in April 2023, this venue was very special to myself and my husband and they did not disappoint. The attention to detail and support we had from the staff from day 1 was fantastic. We definitely picked the best venue for our special day. The food at the wedding was outstanding and many of our guests commented on this and said it was one of the best meals they had at a wedding. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to one of your staff who went above and beyond the call of duty over the weekend at your hotel for my cousin's wedding. We were staying in Dunblane at an Airbnb. There were no taxis and and it was either a few hours wait or a 20-25 minute walk in the cold with a tired family after an amazing wedding at your hotel. Rosin offered to take us back to our accommodation. She is a credit to your team. We had the best day ever! We had the best day ever!
Everything just flowed and happened stress free. We felt calm and managed to enjoy the day as Chris made us feel at ease with everything. He came up to collect me as planned and was so patient and helpful. The ceremony went ahead and was just perfect. All guests had a great time and only had positive things to say about the event. Finally, massive thanks to all involved from the planning stage through to the running of our special day. Dunblane Hydro will always have a special place in our heartEverything just flowed and happened stress free. We felt calm and managed to enjoy the day as Chris made us feel at ease with everything. Thank you so much for all your help and work on the run up to our wedding last month. We had the best day, only complaint was it went by far too fast, we wish we could do it all over again!! Chris and his team were fab and no job or request was too big; from getting the meals out in a timely and efficient manner to moving Alasdair’s bag from his room to the honeymoon suite for us. It’s hard to believe it was over 2 weeks ago, time has flown by since the big day! Thank you so much for all your help and work on the run up to our wedding last month. The best spot to get a photo at our venue would be at the bottom of our gardens, there you will get a beautiful photo with our rolling landscapes and historic building.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The building was built in the late 1800's so we find that a venue with so much history is unique in itself. Upon entering our main building, you will be greeted with a vibrant stained-glass window that pays tribute to the famous love poem "Jessie, The Flower O' Dunblane" written in the 1700's by Robert Tannahill which is also a beautiful feature.
