The versatile venue is perfect for both traditional wedding celebrations and more informal exclusive house parties. The delightful hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the whole day in the wonderful setting.
Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue; the hotel truly adheres to the old wedding tradition. The old Victorian house has been newly transformed and refurbished for you to borrow and marry in the stunning Blue Lounge.
The house is available for exclusive use, allowing your wedding party to enjoy an intimate and private celebration. The house also boasts 27 beautifully appointed, individually designed bedrooms to sleep you and your overnights guests, complete with a delicious breakfast in the morning.

- JJ & K09/11/2025Perfect dayPerfect dayOur whole experience planning our wedding with Didsbury House Hotel has been wonderful from start to finish. Obviously the hotel itself is gorgeous - it is beautifully appointed throughout, and the rooms are all incredibly comfortable (our guests raved about the mattresses!) The food was excellent, and the hotel was so accommodating about adjustments. They even allowed us to provide our own beer and cider on tap from our home towns and served them at the bar for us! But the best part of the experience by far was how lovely and supportive all the staff were; we are especially grateful to Jenny, who helped us coordinate everything up to the day of the wedding, to Natalia and Laura, who were so on it and helpful on the day of the wedding itself, and to Nicola at reception for being so positive and patient with the chaos of checking out! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding - it was simply one of the best days of both our lives. And we cannot wait to celebrate future anniversaries at Didsbury House! As a bride and mum of young children, I wanted a venue that had a more intimate, relaxed vibe without losing any of the WOW factor and Didsbury came up trumps! Jenny and her team, really did deliver on giving us the best wedding, I look forward to returning every year to celebrate our anniversary and already in discussions about a 10 year renewal!I recently got married here and it was everything I dreamed of and more. They think of everything here even a kettle, iron & ironing board. Plus a coffee pod machine. The place is so clean and well maintained.
