We REALLY love weddings and we think the gathering of your nearest and dearest for a one, two OR even THREE nights stay is the best way to celebrate. Dewsall is a lovely, big, stylish, well appointed house which becomes your home for the period of your stay and so often our guests say that they truly felt that it was THEIR home from which they were hosting.
For two or three night stays, you and your house guests can arrive the day before and enjoy rehearsals, a little final styling and a delicious dinner to start the celebrations. There is time to spend to really immerse in this transitional, important and beautiful stage of your lives as a couple, being entirely supported by your friends and family and the Dewsall team. No one wants to be worrying and stressing over this time, distracting you from what is important and we work hard to make sure that your plans and dreams are carried out seamlessly so that you have space for the romance, laughter and FUN!
Our couples are allocated their own planning team which is lead by their event manager: someone who guides you through all things Dewsall and works with you to create your wedding. What is key, is that your wedding represents you as a couple. We do appreciate that weddings follow a similar format but that is no reason for weddings to be too similar. We adore 'outside of the box' ideas and because Dewsall has so many different areas which can all be dressed to be used for different aspects, I can truly say that no one wedding is ever similar to one which has gone before and this makes us, and our couples very happy. Food glorious food really is GLORIOUS at Dewsall! I don't want to tempt fate (!) but I can honestly say that we consistently get great feedback from our couples and their guests about the food they have eaten which with us. We source carefully, ethically, locally and are forever pinging ideas around the team for ways to keep abreast of new food trends and techniques. Look out for honey on our menus which comes direct from the Dewsall bee hives!

There were so many amazing backdrops for the couples portraits in the gardens, especially the derelict out-building which has been overtaken by flowers, as well as inside the house in the wood panelled office and grand reception room. The bride was a florist, and having all those wild flowers everywhere really did bring the beauty of the countryside into the venue. I can't wait to shoot there again in the future.I was so so lucky to photograph a beautiful wedding at Dewsall Court.
