The suite is simply stunning, the whole day went so much better than we could have imagined and all the staff were lovely. We also have to give a special mention to our co-ordinator who went absolutely above and beyond on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. We honestly can’t thank you enough and can’t wait to come back and visit soon.The venue looks amazing and from the second we arrived we were made to feel so special and looked after. It is a beautiful venue for a wedding with a great team of staff, wonderful food and luxurious bedrooms and function rooms. We staying in the Nest Bridal Suite and guests stayed in the other rooms. Even the cheapest rooms are gorgeous. Very well designed hotel. I could not recommend this venue more! And if anyone is thinking of Derwent Manor as a possible wedding venue, you wont be disappointed. The wedding coordinators were superb! It was the best day - everything was perfect. I can not fault the staff one bit they went above and beyond. The food was 10/10. Our wedding coordinator and all the wedding coordinators were amazing and made our vision come to life for our special day. We would highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding day! We stayed the night before the wedding with our family and from the moment we got there we were well looked after and made to feel special. The 5th being awful and making us want to cancel our wedding at this beautiful hotel all together. However, they now have the perfect team in place. Both Cassie and Pippa restored our faith in the hotel and our wedding. Cassie is very thorough and puts your mind at ease. She is available to answer any and all queries you may have and is very good at communicating when she won’t be available. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we could not have asked for better. Pippa made sure our day ran smoothly and without a glitch. She even noticed when something was going wrong and altered this without us having to say a word. Laura from the waitressing team could not have done enough for us, she is constantly on the go and checks to make sure there’s nothing else you need.
