Only criticism is not knowing there would be a Piper every evening. We were on the third floor and unable to hear him, until our last night there, and only caught the last couple of minutes. What an amazing thing to do, but odd that it is not relayed to the guests. The staff in the dining room….. LOVE THEM!Beautiful Hotel, grounds, room.
