The staff were fantastic and catered to all our needs - especially Olivia, our wedding coordinator. Crowcombe worked perfectly with our vendors and the food was 10/10 incredible. All day our guests commented on how perfect the venue was which we 100% agreed with. They made our special day one to remember!Our wedding day on 26.09.25 at Crowcombe Court was magical. We had the night before package as well as the wedding day and the staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help us with anything we needed. I want to give a bit shout out in particular to Evie and Mia and made sure everything ran so smoothly. The guests were all raving about the venue and the food and everyone had a fabulous time. We would highly recommend getting married at Crowcombe Court, the value for money was unbelievable! When we first booked, I’ll be honest – we thought we were getting a bit of a “budget” venue. You know, save a few quid, maybe make peace with a slightly dodgy carpet somewhere. Well, how wrong we were. Nothing – and I mean nothing – was left to chance. Every tiny detail was thought of, planned for, and delivered with the kind of care and charm that makes you wonder if they can adopt you. From the brilliant Tracy and her daughter cheerfully running the bar like seasoned festival pros, to our wedding planner Ellie – who quite literally bent over backwards to make sure not just our requests, but things we’d never even thought of, were sorted – the team here were faultless. The venue itself is stunning, the food was unreal, the service was seamless, and the whole thing felt like we’d somehow landed a wedding worth twice what we paid. Since our 11th July wedding, our guests have not stopped talking about how special the day was – and Crowcombe Court played a huge, glittery, champagne-fuelled part in that. They did everything in their power to ensure our wedding day the day of our dreams. We have such lovely memories we will cherish forever. A particular thank you to our wedding coordinator Olivia who handled everything perfectly on the day, even running up the stairs with my dad's waistcoat after he left it at home and it had to be delivered by a family friend! We’ve had so many comments after our day on how amazing the venue was, particularly the food! And how the day ran seamlessly. We can't recommend Crowcombe Court enough and I still can't quite believe how lucky we were to have had our special day with such a wonderful venue. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We had the most amazing intimate wedding of our beautiful couple Emma & Andy in September 2020! They were due to have a large wedding celebration however due to circumstances they decided to have a smaller wedding this year and a larger celebration in 2022 which means two wedding days!! It was such a relaxed and special day to all of the guests and all of us here at Crowcombe Court felt like such a big part of their day!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
It's your wedding, so make sure all the choices for the day, are what both of you want! Your opinion is the most important for this occasion!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
For our Christmas weddings, our couples pop gifts under our wonderful Christmas tree for the children that attend the wedding! We've also had couples make personalised stockings for their guests rooms! It's such a lovely and eco-friendly reusable gift to remember the day!
Another one of my favourites has to be a couple who's parents unfortunately weren't with us anymore. So they had some teddy bears hand made from their parents clothes, and placed them with the cake so they could still be a part of the day.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
It's so hard to pick!! We all have our favourites here! Bryony's favourite is the gorgeous swing seat down by the lake, so romantic and hidden in our secret garden! Jola loves photos down by our gorgeous lake just when the sunsets...so perfect, and everyone falls in love with Crowcombe Court each time they drive down that long romantic driveway!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
If we have, we wouldn't say! We respect our clients privacy :)
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our Rare Beef and Creamed Horseradish Yorkshire Puddings are so delicious! Yum!! But our Korma spiced vegetarian poppadoms are definitely a close 2nd!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Obviously chocolate!! You will find all sorts of biscuits and treats in our wedding office!! Funnily enough, we get lots of visits throughout the day from the rest of the staff to raid our treat stash! But we've been assured that's just because they miss us.... :)
What is your venue's most unique feature?
This has to be our Vaulted Undercroft. It's like a secret Nightclub and private bar downstairs and it such a great room to have your evening party! It's so lovely for the day to flow from a more formal setting upstairs, onto the party area for the evening! Just watch your guests faces when they come downstairs, it's always a great surprise! (ground floor entrance also accessible)
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our team, without a shadow of a doubt! We all love what we do, we genuinely love weddings and get a real buzz out of meeting with couples and helping them plan their special day! You make such a special bond whilst going through the planning stages, that when the big day finally comes, we all get a little bit emotional and feel like we're watching our close friends get married!
