A huge thank you to Jess & the team, what a fantastic day! We were looked after from the moment we set foot through the doors in 2020 when we booked our wedding, organised and professional service, I couldn’t recommend Cottons more if I tried. Thank you to every involved for making our wedding day magical! X

Everything went so smoothly and if anything did go wrong we didn’t notice! Haha, it was absolutely beautiful and I knew it would be but it by far passed expectations!! Yourself and Karen through the planning process were fantastic, although you only had a short time after taking over to work with me to plan you pulled everything together perfectly and we cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us. Alex on the day was fantastic, he came and got me to view the rooms each time they were changed over as requested and made any little changes on the day for us, he was running here there & everywhere bless him to make sure things were going smoothly and on time, he even saved us 2 cupcakes just in case they all went! Please thank him very much from us both. The bar staff were all lovely, there was one gentleman in particular which we did get the name of but we have forgotten it, he was quite young, dark brown hair, he was on his own on the bar all day until around the evening, he was lovely and dealt with the pressure of everyone ordering drinks very well and always with a smile. We would happily use the venue again for any other functions in a heartbeat!! We truly can’t thank you enough for pulling our wedding day together so beautifully, thank you all!

Jess and the team at Cottons Hotel and Spa Knutsford were so welcoming and helpful from the day we booked our wedding to after our wedding day. It is a beautiful venue and we are so glad we chosen this venue for our reception. Would definitely recommend Jess and Cottons hotel and spa.

From contacting Cottons to viewing for our wedding venue to right through to leaving as Mr & Mrs we were looked after exceptionally well. The tour of the hotel and facilities showed what a comfortable and relaxed venue it was. Friendly staff took the time to discuss what we wanted for our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble. The food tasting was delicious and guided us to our choices for the wedding breakfast. Organising rooms, venue dressers and a kids chill out zone really made the day feel special. The bridal party and family enjoyed a few days together around the wedding day making the whole weekend relaxed. The day was just perfect. Being able to plan the day with Jess the Wedding Co-ordinator was really valuable and her suggestions added those extra touches. The whole team at Cottons were great. I surprised my husband by having singing waiters. They blended in so much with the staff even I could not tell who they were until the show started! It’s a lovely venue which made our day just the best.

From start to finish the support and communication from cottons was great!! I looked through bridebook for locations and venues and found the prices and packages really transparent price wise and no unexpected added charges. The value you get for your money is sensational. The day was beautiful; well organised and the team at cottons can answer and support every question you have which is unheard of.

Myself and my partner fell in love with cottons when we viewed it as a potential wedding venue and to see it all decorated on my wedding day was so special 🥹. I honestly couldn’t have had a better wedding day and our wedding coordinator Alex was amazing, and made sure everything was perfect for us on the day! I’m so glad we chose cottons for our special day!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout the planning and on the day. Guests agreed the room was beautiful and that the staff were very friendly. Very flexible with our food feedback.

We held our Daughters wedding this weekend. As the mother of the Bride there were many pressure points both in the build up to the day and during the day itself as always with a wedding! Step forward the calm and professional Jess and Alex I cannot covey how amazing they were on every level and at all times!! At times I forgot my manners and was snappy and dare I say suffering from outbursts of anxiety!!. Not any occasion did Jess or Alex even raise an eyebrow or roll their eyes they remained calm and supportive at all times. The food was amazing we received so many compliments it’s impossible to list them. The decor stunning by perfect weddings and absolutely everything was directed perfectly so much so I eventually learned to let go and let the Cottons team do what they had been doing all along without my interference conduct an amazing day for us all and I so wish I had left them to what they do best much earlier in proceedings. If you wish to have an amazing wedding day supported and cared for by an amazing team look no further you’ve found them. I truly cannot thank the whole team and every member of staff and their were soooo many for supporting us and creating and delivering in my Daughters words. Every single part of the day was absolutely perfect, all of the team at Cottons made our day a day we will never forget and I can't thank everyone involved enough. Each part of the day was set up perfectly and it couldn't have gone any better for us. Alex was unbelievable with how relaxed he made us feel throughout the day, he was great.

Right from day one at Cottons we knew the hotel was going to be perfect, we came as guests originally to get a true feel for the place. All the staff were so welcoming, the food was excellent and the facilities second to none, we knew it would be the venue for us. The wedding showcase was really useful with a lot of suppliers coming from the contacts we got there, all the professionals you need at your fingertips. The only thing we can say is perfection, from dealing with Jess in the lead up we never felt like a problem she was always willing to help and make sure our day was so special really paying attention to every critical detail and always making us feel like the whole hotel was behind us to make the day perfect. The food tasting evening was great to picking the menu, Alex lead this so professionally felt like we were being treated like true VIPs. The food we tried was all amazing picking what we wanted was a hard choice with it all being so good. The day itself was magical every single detail was planned to perfection. We were thrilled to have Alex again, he showed so much experience and it was so good to not have to worry about anything, We could pass off all our suppliers to the events team for them to deal with direct too, the only thing we had to do was say hello to the them and look at what they had set up. The room for the wedding breakfast was set up so well with all our wedding favors, name tags and gifts all set up just how we had asked if not better than we expected. The room brought a tear to our eyes just how perfect it was with every minor detail executed perfectly. Even with any little things on the day or or issues (there is always something haha!) Alex had them all in hand changing meals for one of our guests (as we had given the wrong choice ) 10mins before everyone sat down was a request I did not think possible but was sorted with out hesitation. The day was just perfect. All of the team were great from the bar staff to the waiters and front of house staff, they all treated our guests so well and made sure everyone had enough to drink and eat and enjoyed the day. Overall Cottons exceeded all of our expectations, the wedding was perfect and I can’t thank them enough for making our day unforgettable and stress free. I’m sure we will be visiting cottons again for anniversary’s in the future!
