They couldn’t have done anything more for us and was so helpful and everything was perfect! Every member of staff who we had the pleasure of meeting were welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Ollie was simply amazing with us all. Even some of the guests commented on Ollie about how efficient he was with his job and how friendly he was. And of course, none of this would have happened without you organising it all. So thank you so much Chloe We recently got married here on 27-07-2024 and the whole experience was so much better than I could ever imagined it would be. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our night even more amazing than we thought it would be. The food was also incredible and all our guests commented how tasty everything was and we were so happy to have a breakfast as part of our package, we are already planning a breakfast date just to enjoy it again. Really can’t thank all the staff enough for making our delayed reception worth the wait.We chose to have our Wedding Reception here and everything was perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our night even more amazing than we thought it would be. We had Ollie and the team managing on the day, and they ensured everything went smoothly. The entire waiting/bar/kitchen staff were amazing to ensure the food and drink service was seamless. The food was amazing! The entire team at the Copthorne went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough.3 weeks before our wedding we got in touch with the Copthorne to hold our wedding reception, We spoke to Michelle, who helped make the move as stress free as possible, working with her was a dream. Michelle was amazing start to finish, the organisation of our reception was outstanding, our celebrant Ollie was fantastic, he communicated with us from the minute we arrived, the food was beautiful, so many of our guests were complimentary of the food.
