The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for my husband and myself , the day went smoothly and without fault. Ajay and kumar were fantastic throughout the day and Emma our wedding coordinator was fab.

On the whole the day went well and we were really impressed. The staff did an excellent job and made the day very special for us. We were very fortunate to have most of the day outside which made the day so much more enjoyable for the family. We love the fact that the hotel is so family friendly and there's lots to keep the younger guests busy!

We really enjoyed our day, Kumar took good care of us and made sure things ran smoothly. All the staff were lovely and we felt really accommodated during the day. We really did have a wonderful day, and had amazing weather for it!

Thankyou so much for all the preparation, delicious food, attentive and kind staff at yesterday’s wedding for James and Heidi. It went like clockwork Everyone put in 100% and helped to make the day to be so so enjoyable. Thank you Emma for your help and attention to detail over the last 3 years!! We really appreciated how all the staff treated Heidi and James and their friends with Down syndrome and other disabilities in age appropriate ways and spoke to them so kindly! Thank you.

We had a wonderful day the whole day went smoothly and AJ did a fantastic job he made the day go without a hitch and was on hand for any issues. The food and service were amazing and we had a lot of guests commenting on how nice the food was and how good the service was throughout the day from all the staff, we wanted to also thank you for all your hard work and effort you put in the make sure our special day went smoothly. Considering we got married in the middle of a heatwave Chesford did everything in their power to make us and our guests comfortable. What a wonderful day we had. Everything ran seamlessly and the venue really lends itself to a relaxed, loving day! Thanks

We had the most wonderful time! All team has delivered extremely professional service. We could not wish for a better day! Kumar deserves a medal! All guests including ourselves said how helpful and organised he was. His calmness but also being so cheerful made this day so much less stressful. Also Emma, deserve a big thank you. Putting up with us and accepting all the last minute changes. If someone asked if we would recommend the hotel, I would not hesitate with the answer yes.

We had our wedding here yesterday after almost two years of planning. We were originally booked for April but had to delay due to COVID. The hotel is beautiful and much larger than we realised when we booked. They have two games rooms which were really handy to keep the children entertained. The staff could not do enough for you, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like it was too much. We would like to say a special thank you to Emma who has been there throughout the planning process, always on the end of the phone or an email and able to answer all my never ending questions. Another thank you to Matt who looked after us throughout the day. It was truly a an amazing day and Chesford Grange now holds a very special in our hearts. Thank you for all your hard work in making the day run as smoothly as possible and making me feel so special ❤️
