The staff did an excellent job and made the day very special for us. We were very fortunate to have most of the day outside which made the day so much more enjoyable for the family. All the staff were lovely and we felt really accommodated during the day. It went like clockwork Everyone put in 100% and helped to make the day to be so so enjoyable. Thank you Emma for your help and attention to detail over the last 3 years!! We really appreciated how all the staff treated Heidi and James and their friends with Down syndrome and other disabilities in age appropriate ways and spoke to them so kindly! Thank you. We could not wish for a better day! Kumar deserves a medal! All guests including ourselves said how helpful and organised he was. His calmness but also being so cheerful made this day so much less stressful. Also Emma, deserve a big thank you. Putting up with us and accepting all the last minute changes. If someone asked if we would recommend the hotel, I would not hesitate with the answer yes. We had the most wonderful time! All team has delivered extremely professional service. We were originally booked for April but had to delay due to COVID. The hotel is beautiful and much larger than we realised when we booked. They have two games rooms which were really handy to keep the children entertained. The staff could not do enough for you, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like it was too much. We would like to say a special thank you to Emma who has been there throughout the planning process, always on the end of the phone or an email and able to answer all my never ending questions.
