An amazing unspoiled little gem here in Barnsley.

An amazing unspoiled little gem here in Barnsley. The new foot paths make it all fully accessible so everyone can see all of the Parks full glory. The grounds are really well maintained, clean and tidy. I absolutely love it.

The grounds are beautiful, perfect location.

We attended a wedding at Cannon Hall Museum last weekend. The oak pannelled room where the ceremony was held was beautiful with a big tapestry wall hanging on the wall behind the bride and groom. The grounds are beautiful, perfect location for photographs. The staff were polite and helpful and the food was very good and there was lots of it too. The married couple opted for a Sunday wedding with a roast which included yorkshire puddings and they gave seconds to anyone that wanted them!

Lovely venue for weddings.

Visited many times. The museum and hall are very interesting. Saw a display of costumes from the Downton Abbey series at the Hall which was most interesting. I've also attended a wedding at Cannon Hall . Lovely venue for weddings. The gardens are lovely and you can enjoy extensive views of rolling countryside.

Beautiful venue

Attended a wedding here and it was the perfect backdrop for the celebration. Staff were polite and friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful and views for miles. The hidden ping pong tables in the trees is a great idea and kept some of us entertained. Would be a great afternoon out.

Great Venue

We got married at canon hall, it a great place to visit and look into the past, the ballroom was originally built for a wedding, also great to walk around the gardens and grounds especially on a sunny day.

Fabulous Wedding Venue

My husband and I (I'm still getting used to saying that!) were married here. We had chosen the museum as our wedding venue, as we came here on our first date six years previously. The day was fantastic, absolutely perfect, and this was helped by the wonderful staff (both paid and voluntary) at the museum. Special mention must be made of Jane Galvin who made all the arrangements as stress free as possible. The grounds are beautiful.
