The Grange is set in the grounds of Grade 1 listed Camblesforth Hall. It is steeped in history and retains many of its original features giving you a truly unique venue in which to hold your Wedding.
The Grange is offered on a three day exclusive basis, giving you plenty of time to really make it your own, set up the day before and return the next day at your leisure to retrieve any decorations and belongings.
Located conveniently between Leeds, Hull and York with excellent train links to London and Manchester, it is the perfect venue for you and your guests. Whether you are local, or from further afield, a warm welcome awaits you at Camblesforth Hall.
Our motto here at Camblesforth Hall and Grange is “Your Wedding, Your Way”. We don’t believe in tying our couples into packages or limiting their choices. In fact, we actively encourage you to let your imagination run wild! The Wedding venue is yours for 3 days. You are welcome from any time the day before your Wedding, and have all day, the day after, to relax with family and friends, retrieve any of your decorations, flowers or belongings etc. that you wish. (Don’t worry, we sort the cleaning!) As we only hold 30 weddings per year, you can be sure you won’t be rushed out in time for the next couple. Our exclusive venue, offers you the time and freedom to create the wedding you truly want. All of our spaces are able to be personalised to your tastes and your Wedding.

- JJames & Eleanor27/09/2023Perfect VenuePerfect VenueWe first viewed Camblesforth back in February 2022, and we could tell what a special venue it was going to be for our wedding. We loved that there was a specific space for each part of the day, and the layout meant an easy flow through the venue. It was also very accommodating for our guests with mobility issues, as well as our younger guests. During planning, Naomi was available over email for all our questions, and we also had Zoom meetings with venue coordinators Ellen and Sarah to iron out coordination details. Having access to the space the day before meant our setup was a breeze, especially with Sarah on hand to take the majority of the logistics off our plate. Naomi went above and beyond in the run up and on the day, even looking after our flower girl who stormed off just before the ceremony! She helped us find the best spots for each of our suppliers, and was available all weekend for any questions or help we might need. She had truly thought of everything and was instrumental to our planning. The bridal suite and guest bedroom were perfect, and the bridesmaids were very happy with the absolute mountain of food provided by Naomi getting ready. Naomi also brought a bottle of non alcoholic Prosecco as the bride and bride’s mother both have alcohol allergies. Breakfast on Sunday was incredible and then we had the whole day to pack up. Not that we needed it - we left breakfast to find everything had been cleaned top to bottom and all of our things were carefully tidied into one place for us! We had the best wedding weekend we possibly could have had, and so much of that was down to her and Sarah.
