Caley Hall Hotel

Caley Hall is one of those naturally warm and inviting places. Beautifully decorated with a high class, even the staff know you, country pub kind of feel whilst retaining the elegance and professionalism of a super slick fancy hotel. The rooms are eclectic, unique and spotlessly clean. The beds are HUGE and the linen/towels/extras high quality. If you have your dog with you even they get the royal treatment with biscuits and towels. Nothing was too much trouble for Dani the wedding co ordinator at Caley Hall which can be said for all the staff. They were amazing. Friendly and professional. Dani knew exactly what to ask me as the bride to draw out what she needed for the staff to make the day go smoothly. I really cannot sing everyone’s but especially Dani’s praises high enough. The food was absolutely divine with a number of my guests complimenting the menu choices to the presentation as much as the flavours. Again nothing was too much trouble with all dietary requirements catered for without a single glitch. Every single one of our 80+ guests came away buzzing and in awe. If you are looking for somewhere unpretentious, classy and with enough room for everyone to eat drink be merry and totter off to their room sated and elated then Caley Hall is that unassuming gem hidden away. Worth every penny 🧡

Our wedding day at Caley Hall absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. All of the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble on the day and our fantastic wedding coordinator, Danielle, was always on hand for anything we needed in the run up to the wedding. The hotel itself is an absolutely stunning venue in a beautiful part of Norfolk. As well as this we were spoilt with amazing food and drink including our guests with dietary requirements being taken care of, wonderful decor and atmosphere, stunning decoration exactly as I had described and all in all simply the best day we could have ever asked for. The sleeping accommodations is also absolutely stunning - fresh, excellent room facilities and sparkling clean. We have already booked to come back for our first anniversary and can’t wait. I would highly recommend Caley Hall to anyone who wants a perfect, intimate wedding. We are so pleased this is where we got to spend our special day.

We were confident that our wedding at Caley Hall Hall would be fantastic and just as planned. On the day: Caley Hall Hotel and staff were fantastic. We had plenty of time to set the scene and decorate. We brought an arch with flowers, decorations for the tables, covers for the chairs and all sorts of things. Caley Hall helped with all the above. They also played the various musical selections during the relevant parts of the ceremony. All via Spotify. Liam, the chef, prepared canapes and a buffet based on places around the world that we had visited. All were fantastic and all guests said so. It was an impressive spread. We had a live band (2nd Sunset - absolutely fantastic) who set up during the speeches. The ceremony room was completely changed into a dancing space! The bar operated flawlessly with staff on hand to ensure no waiting. With all the hotel rooms available to guests the event ran till midnight. In short: Caley Hall Hotel, the staff, the rooms, the food, the atmosphere was perfect for us. Everyone at Caley Hall Hotel were friendly professional and efficient. They crucially are confident and supported by management to act. They are big enough to cope and small enough to care. I can not praise them enough. Highly highly recommended.

What a lovely hotel. Relaxing. Calm. Comfortable. All on one level for those not so able. Friendly staff. Just popped in for a cup of tea today however will be returning for a meal in the near future. Parking available.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very fresh and clean. Food excellent. Lovely 10min walk from the hotel to the beach although you have to beware of golf balls as you have to walk through the golf range We will definately be back again. Can't fault it really.

We happened to stumble across this establishment yesterday. We were feeling hungry and noticed dogs were welcome. What a wonderful experience and meal we had. From the moment we pulled in you could see how well kept the hotel and grounds were. We had a lovely welcome from the gentleman working front of house. We choose to eat outside but the restaurant was beautiful. The food was exceptional. Beautifully cooked and presented.

Absolutely marvellous experience, stayed for two nights and had a wedding. The staff were brilliant, intelligent and eager to please, the rooms were superb, everything was totally spotless and worked well. Organisationally Danielle our wedding coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure things flowed smoothly through all stages. Cannot recommend it highly enough

We had our wedding at Caley Hall Hotel, Old Hunstanton in late June 2023 and we cannot recommend the hotel and staff highly enough. Dani, the wedding planner, was excellent throughout. She is completely unflappable and nothing was too much trouble for her in all the planning. She was always available for us to ring, email or visit to discuss the arrangements.She was really helpful with suggestions and ideas for us too.

Caley Hall is a truly great venue, and made our long awaited wedding day absolutely perfect.
