Caer Llan

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Caer Llan. Vicky and Jake are the most amazing hosts, and the location is just stunning! From the first meeting we just felt relaxed that everything could be taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. The Twilight package was ideal and all of guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. Thank you for making everything perfect x

When my wife and I saw Caer Llan whilst browsing websites for a wedding venue, its beauty was instantly striking. The fantastic architecture, the outdoor spaces, and of course the view, were all apparent. What we didn’t plan for, and what won us over immediately, was the warmth, care, and passion that Vicky, Jake and the whole team show for what they do. Everyone ensured that our wedding day was one that we looked forward to with minimal stress, and one that we’ll look back on with fondness and gratitude that we managed to find a place so perfect. For those wondering about logistics: the rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with their own private bathrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements for whatever combination of guests you may have. The food was excellent (we had the Friday cold buffet, breakfast both days, a wonderful wedding breakfast with generous portions and the evening barbecue, which was worth paying the extra for in our opinion), and the team are very accommodating for allergies or dietary requirements, no matter how niche. The outdoor space is plentiful and peaceful, with plenty of opportunities for stunning photos. To all the team at Caer Llan: please keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s something so special.

Just to echo my wife's words on what an amazing set up Caer Llan have. In the run up to the big day all we wanted was to wake up the following day and look back think 'wow'.....and we did, and so did everyone else. The comments, texts and calls we have had since about how amazing the day was and how amazing Caer Llan itself was is a testament to what the team there do to make your day as unique as you want while still keeping in mind it's a wedding and a party! We cannot thank Jake, Vicky and the team enough and all the guest were so complimentary of them all as well. All we want now is for someone we know to get married there so we can go back! Caer Llan, you will have a place in our heart forever ❤️

Vicky and Jake have been amazing from the start all the way to the end. I can't wax lyrical enough at their professionalism and homeliness during the entire process of menu planning, decor designing, and room allocating. It was honestly like we were being taken care of, like family. Their suggestions were spot on, the meals were well rounded and they were always around to troubleshoot when needed without being overbearing. Most of our guests were from abroad and we loved having everyone close to us. Everyone loved the view, the food, the comfort and safety of the venue and the general awe surrounding Caer Llan. As a bride, I didn't have a thing to worry about. Everything was discussed in advance and everyone was in the right place at the right time. It was a relaxed day. I couldn't have asked for more. It was a blessing to celebrate our big day at Caer Llan surrounded by family and friends. It truly holds a special place in all our hearts.

I’m not sure I can say much more than just book Caer Llan! We visited a few wedding venues but nothing else compared to this unique place. The views overlooking the valleys are breathtaking. Vicky and Jake were great to work with; the entire process was so simple. Thankfully we had a sunny day meaning an outdoor ceremony, but even inside would have been spectacular. It really was the perfect choice for us.

We were lucky enough to be married at the Caer Llan over a wonderful weekend in June 2024. The building, the ground and the view are all stunning and made for some brilliant photos. The food throughout the weekend was sublime, all of our guests could not stop raving about it! One of the reasons we chose Caer Llan as our venue was Vicky and Jake. Simple put, they know how to do weddings. In the 18 months we've been corresponding they could not of been more helpful and accommodating, they made us feel a million dollars! You know you're in good hands when all of your suppliers comment on how good they are, when you tell them the venue. Throughout the weekend all the staff were fab, very friendly and always helpful. We can very much recommend the wedding weekend experience. Arriving on Friday afternoon and being able to get everything ready in our own pace was much more relaxing. It was also lovely being able to spend Friday evening with our nearest and dearest, before the main event on Saturday. Thank you so much to all the staff at Caer Llan!

Our Wedding Day A big thank you to Jake, Vicky, Jodie and all the Caer Llan staff for making our wedding day so special. All our guests have commented on the stunning views and the amazing food. Caer Llan is such a personal home from home environment and our day was just so chilled (exactly what we wanted). Vicky was so amazing on the build up to our wedding, answering all my email questions and allowing us to visit several times. On the day, both Jake and Jodie made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly. Caer Llan will now always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so so glad we chose to get married here ❤️

My son and Daughter in law just got married at Caer Llan. It really was a fairytale wedding. Such a perfect location, a beautiful setting. Vicki and Jake ( see photo ) made sure everything was running smoothly, staff couldn’t do any more to look after the Gorgeous bride and Groom and the guests. The food was delicious )but far too much of it!) Nothing was to much trouble. From the time the wedding started to our departure ( Fri-Sun ) What an incredible experience and celebration not only for the bride and groom but all the family and friends who attended. Caer Llan is truly a magical wedding venue. We had the most incredible 2 night wedding package and enjoyed the most memorable and special time. Jake & Vicki could not do enough for us from the start. They are professional, experienced and made our day feel so personal; it could not have been more perfect.
