Burley Manor offers a truly unique wedding venue in the New Forest, Hampshire with 41 individually designed boutique rooms, stunning food with Mediterranean influences and wonderful views of the neighbouring deer sanctuary.
There are many reasons that so many happy couples trust us to host their special day.
Set within an eight-hundred year old estate and surrounded by deep green forests and a red deer sanctuary, Burley Manor is one of the most picture perfect backdrops in the New Forest.
Our stylish, original rustic barn has floor-to-ceiling brick chimneys, feature fireplaces and uncovered oak-tables. Ready to style your special day perfectly, we love evergreen florals and delicate twinkling lights strung between our exposed beams, all of which be arranged with an introduction to our recommended stylists and suppliers.
And should you wish to hold your ceremony here too, the adjoining Deer Park Barn will perfectly compliment in style and feel.
From the best of British produce to the flavours of the Mediterranean, our menus are deliciously seasonal and designed to create a sumptuous feast for all your guests.
We are told our delicious food provenance truly matters alongside a corking wine list of course but it’s the people that top it – our team can’t wait to deliver your vision, your guests will have happy faces and most importantly you get exactly what you dreamed of.
Hosting up to 80 guests for a seated meal, with space for 120 for the evening, the beamed, vaulted ceiling makes it airy and bright in spring and summer, with floor-to-ceiling traditional brick chimneys our roaring log fires create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in those cold winter months.

However, when we arrived for the viewing we were greeted by the Incredible Kim who showed us round and explained how the team had changed. We got married Sept 2025, and it was incredible. The team bent over backwards to ensure that had the best day, and did everything they could do adapt the day for wet weather plans. Every single member of staff were attentive and polite throughout the whole day. The venue itself was beautiful, I recommend working with Linen and Lace to get the fairy lights added to the barn. The food was amazing, it was exactly the same as the tasting we were given and plates were cleared quickly. We were extremely blessed with great weather, and were only the second couple ever to use the 'Deer Park Barn' extension. Our guests commented on the excellence of Burley Manor's location and aesthetic. It looked extremely picturesque on the day, and the food served throughout the day was of the highest quality. The staff at Burley Manor, in particular - Fred, put a lot of effort in to ensuring every detail was covered. The staff were the shining highlight of the Burley Manor experience. Extremely supportive, professional and very happy for us on the day. The service was smooth, easy, and removed any worries we had on the day itself. The barn, hotel and surroundings are stunning. One main highlight for us was the food, the amazing chef created a gorgeous bespoke menu for us and all of our guests were wowed by it all.We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding. Gina Sanchez (Wedding and Events manager) helped us A LOT! She dealt with us in the most professional yet friendly manner, even taking wedding gifts to our room throughout the evening for us to enjoy later on. As we were having a very informal party we went for a hog roast with lots of lovely sides and equally fabulous dessert buffet. Lots of people made a point to compliment us on the food. The manor is stunning with such a nice friendly feel to it and the barn is just lovely, plenty of room inside with the bonus of having its own bar with plenty of room outside in the courtyard for the children to run around (and the odd adult) I should add that even the addition of our dog to the wedding party didn't phase anyone. He attended the whole day/evening and was made to feel very welcome in our room with his own bowls and big biscuit so he didn't feel left out. Its not often one attends an event where there isn't the odd niggle but I can honestly say there simply wasn't one.
