Fiona, Ian and team were amazing and made sure that everything was just perfect for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little extra, personal touches just made it so special! Fiona Brown, the Sales Manager who showed us around, was so patient and helpful throughout that we found the whole experience very easy. The hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, the venue was set up exactly as we had hoped. The food was delicious for the wedding meal too. The whole experience was ideal - everyone did whatever they could to make it a good experience, especially Tomas and Ian who were facilitating the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. I would totally recommend the venue to someone who wanted a city wedding that feels more intimate and and picturesque than being right in town, especially with the Bruntsfield Links and Meadows on the door step. Please note if you book the conservatory as we did, it is a stunning place for the ceremony itself and easy to have the whole wedding in one place but you will have to provide your own music as the conservatory has no sound system. It was made very easy for us to do it ourselves though and Fiona let us test and check everything in advance to make sure we were happy.
