Bromwich Park Farm, situated in the beautiful, rural county of Shropshire, just outside Oswestry, is a wonderful place to host your wedding celebrations with the freedom and flexibility to ensure your party is just how you want it.
We offer you the exclusive use of a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole weekend, perfect for creating your own rustic or festival style celebrations, which can be as relaxed or formal as you like. Decorate it in your style, choose your own catering and select your own entertainment. The only limit is your imagination. Your friendly hosts Nicholas and Julian live on the farm and have a lot of experience with weddings, parties and festivals and are always happy to offer any assistance or advice you may need while planning your special event. We run the bar on the day and are on hand throughout to make everything runs smoothly in the background. We only host a dozen wedding parties each year at weekends from May - October, so you are not on a conveyor belt !
The Cow Barn is our large brick and wood clad barn, a blank canvas which can be decorated however you like. Perfect for your reception with live bands and dancing and with a fully licensed bar. It is a good size for 50 - 200 guests . The Milking Parlour is a cosy and quirky, bohemian party lounge and bar retaining original milking features, where you can party with real festival vibes until 2am. The luscious ivy-clad Courtyard, with pergolas and seating, is the perfect space for champagne receptions and ceremonies. The Cow Barn and The Ceremony Stable Room, along with 2 beautiful outdoor spaces, are all licensed for you to hold your official wedding ceremony, so you can enjoy your whole wedding day on the farm.
The Granary Cottage at the heart of the farm makes the ideal luxurious nest for the happy couple to escape to. For a full festival style wedding, we have a Camping Field in front of the house where your guests can sleep under canvas, in campervans or in our 3 caravans, with a campfire and BBQ area, and toilet, shower and kitchen facilities.
The Granary Cottage and all the furniture and glassware you will need for the weekend are included in all our prices.

Julian and I got married here in 2014 and decided it was too good not to share it with other couples.
We previously lived in London and have lots of experience in hospitality and events, so we are happy to guide you if you need help, or leave you to do your own thing.

We offer a flat fee venue hire for anything from 50 - 250 guests.
Weekends only from May - October with no peak-season pricing.
They all include bridal accommodation, the furniture you need for the day, our friendly bar service and all glassware for the day.
We don't provide catering, which allows you to choose your own caterers to suit your budget and style.
We do have a list of recommended suppliers or you can find your own.
All options and combinations are flexible to suit your plans

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT
£3600 + VAT - Cow Barn only with 12pm finish [furniture included] with bar [including all glassware for the day] + 2 nights in Granary Cottage
£4000 + VAT - Cow Barn + Milking Parlour with 1am finish [furniture included], with 2 bars, with 2 nights in Granary Cottage + Onsite Ceremony
£5150 + VAT - all of the above with a later 2am finish + 2 nights of Camping [including 3 caravans]
You can also add extra days for a longer event or just extra nights for yourselves in the Cottage for a more relaxed finish.

Where to start? The beautiful Ceremony Stable, the wonderful Cow Barn, the Courtyard and the Milking Parlour for the after party! The Milking Parlour really had the desired effect - 'our very own private pub' one guest declared! It was the perfect quirky place to dance the night away! Nicholas and Julian are such wonderful hosts and take pride in everything they do and so many little things have been thought of. The beautiful Granary Cottage was also just perfect for my mum, my sister and I to get ready and for Karl and I on the wedding night. We loved all the quirky pictures particularly the ungrateful lamb! Nicholas and Julian got fully involved on the day and you can see how much they love to see it all come together as much as we did! Everybody has commented on the venue and so many people said it really was the best wedding ever! We just wish we could do it all over again! We viewed 10 venues but Bromwich Park instantly stood out as being special. We were not disappointed! Our whole day was perfect, the venue is set up for a relaxed, welcoming wedding with everything you could need. Our day ran like clockwork and that was down to the hard work, support and ideas of Nicholas and Julian who helped make the day exactly what we wanted. Everybody had a superb time and we received so many compliments about the venue. We held our ceremony on the mound outdoors, drinks reception on the patio followed up with dinner and ceilidh in the main barn. Then to top it off we opened up the Milking Parlour for dancing into the early morning. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A spectacular mobile of 1000 coloured paper cranes, folded by the couple and their friends over the months before and hung up together during set up . It was the first time they had worked on a creative piece together.

Moor Farm Shop's delicious home made pork pies and scotch eggs, or a round of Baby Guiness's in the Milking Parlour bar !

The Milking Parlour .. the disco lounge with fairy lights, cushions and sofas .. its like walking into a secret tent at a festival.
Its great if you can keep it a secret from your guests and open it later in the evening to lift the energy for the late night dancing !
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The number of guests who tell us they have never been to a venue like it before and it has been the best wedding they've ever been to. We love helping people create magical memories
