- The Ellerbrook Suite: Our largest suite features classic country house charm with rich oak panelling and neutral tones. Overlooking the peaceful orchard lawn, it can host ceremonies for up to 200 guests and dinners for up to 170—ideal for larger weddings.
- The Orangery: Bright and contemporary, the south-facing Orangery is filled with natural light. It’s perfect for intimate civil ceremonies with up to 110 guests and opens onto a private terrace, making it a wonderful choice for smaller wedding breakfasts of 20 to 60 guests.
- The Pavilion: For a romantic outdoor ceremony, our garden Pavilion is available from April to September. Exchange your vows surrounded by nature, with a reliable indoor backup plan in case of unpredictable weather—so your day goes smoothly no matter what.

From the moment we stepped in there in November, we knew. From the family feel to the hotel with them being completely straight up with us about what can and can’t be done, the most personable staff and some stunning grounds, we were sold. Through the whole process they were on it with everything, we had 3 meetings with our wedding coordinator who treated us like the most important part of her day. The staff always knew who we were and we were blown away by the hospitality. Thank you Karen! On the day, the staff were perfect - bringing us drinks. Whenever we said ‘Steve’ he was right where we needed him to be, and truly made the day so easy. We didn’t have a bridal party but it didn’t matter because the staff just sorted it all so our entire friendship group and family could relax and enjoy. The DJ is great, really using the music we provided along with some song requests and mixing in the traditional songs to keep everyone on the dance floor all night. Thanks Trev! It’s a venue which can be dressed up to the nines or left fairly simple and that means it can be personalised for your needs. 100% recommend. If you’re looking for that all important place to have your wedding, then Briars Hall is it! Me and my wife chose Briars Hall as the venue of our wedding in August this year and let me tell you it was the best decision we made. We had been planning our wedding for 2 years and from the very first visit to Briars Hall even all that time ago, all the staff have been amazingly helpful. They make you feel very welcome and can’t do enough to ensure that you have a pleasant visit whenever you go. Karen was always very nice and couldn’t do enough to help us in planning our big day. Steve our master of ceremonies was very good and was always there to help and even checking through out the day that we were happy with everything. All the staff were very friendly and all our guests commented on how lovely they were. The food was delicious and the chef was very helpful with our choice of menu to ensure all our guests got what they wanted and again our guests commented on how good the food was. The rooms were all very clean and well kept and we stayed in both bridal suites during our stay and they are of a very high standard. We have visited Briars Hall several times for meals and drinks and we will definitely be visiting Briars Hall again for our anniversaries as well as more meals and drinks. We honestly can’t reccomend this hotel enough or thank them enough for making our day so very very special.
